Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather sofa and a TV corner. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden division. Direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing is possible.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible.
