Présents à l'arrivée et au départ, ils ont été à l'écoute et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit top. Nous avons découvert Montreuil, une ville jeune et très sympa, animée mais aux rues calmes et sûres. La maison: belle déco, pièces bien distribuées, très fonctionnelles, le salon et la salle à manager peuvent accueillir 8 invités, les canapés, les fauteuils sont confortables. tout est propre, clair, lumineux. La cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manager est équipée d'electro-menager récent et haut de gamme (bosch, samsung...),salles de bains spacieuses et les deux chambres sur le jardin sont lumineuses et les literies super confortables, avec des matelas récents (king size et queen size), certains fermes et très fermes, d'autres moelleux. Nous n'avons pas essayé le canapé-lit, mais on est bien assis, donc... A noter: deux des quatre chambres donnent sur la rue, où passe une ligne de bus (bien pratique pour aller a Vincennes), donc si vous êtes insoniaque ou avez le sommeil très léger, choisissez les deux chambres sur le jardin. Le jardin était en fleurs quand nous avons séjourné. Plusieurs tables, chaises longues et transats permettent de s'isoler pour bouquiner. Nous avons eu la chance de le voir ensolleillé toute la journée. C'est un havre de paix et de verdure, apprécié des oiseaux, des papillons...et des humains, petits et grands ;-) En résumé: vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous serez, comme nous, sous le charme.

Très chouette maison, bien aménagée et équipée. on a passé un excellent moment en famille avec nos deux enfants. Le centre ville est à 10min à pied avec tous les commerces nécessaires. C'était parfait!

Le logement était spacieux et très beau juste le manque de serviettes

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It is a beautiful old property in a fantastic location. In particular we appreciated the open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, and the pretty courtyard with roses. The house is secure with a big solid gate on the road. We were delighted to find that the house is close to the Roland Garros tennis stadium. There is also a hotel nearby called the Molitor which has a wonderful history from the 1920s and is worth checking out for the rooftop bar and a view of the pool. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk or less - if we had more time we would have spent more time in the area near the metro station Boulogne Jean Jaures (line 10). Thank you Linda for letting us use your beautiful home for our stay in Paris!

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Nous avons été ravi de séjourner chez Jacques. C’est sa fille qui a fait le lien avec nous et elle était adaptable. Elle a pu répondre à nos questions et nous apporter la vaisselle qui manquait. Le logement est conforme à la description.

Soggiornato presso l'Host Waoue per lavoro, ed è stato come essere a casa. Alloggio molto pulito ed ordinato, e comodo al luogo di interesse. Host molto cordiale e reattivo, pronto a rispondere alle domande e richieste. Sono molto felice di aver soggiornato qui e consiglio vivamente. Ringrazio molto Waoue per l'ospitalità e gentilezza. Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

Superbe maison confortable, moderne et très propre. Loïc met un accent particulier sur l'accueil des locataires pour les rendre à l'aise. Très serviable et disponible, il a pu nous fournir des ventilateurs pour la journée où il faisait 35-36°. Loïc est arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. L'endroit est calme avec des arbres tout autour. Proche du centre commercial de Vélizy-Villacoublay, Paris et Versailles sont aussi à proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour que nous recommandons fortement. Encore merci Loïc.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Une t’es grand et belle maison , très bien située près du château de Versailles qui est accessible à pied . Dans une rue au calme , avec un terrain entièrement clôturée. Parfait pour accueillir une grande famille.

Nous avons loué la villa de Evgenia et Ghislain afin de célébré notre mariage. Nous avons vécu un week end incroyable. De la communication à l'équipement de la maison il y a rien à dire. Les espaces sont immense, la maison est exceptionel à tous les niveau. Nous recommandons fortement cette superbe demeure.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) We were 6 friends visiting Paris with this lovely house as our starting point. The house exceeded all our expectations. The garden and the heated pool and the tastefully decorated house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Emma and her husband were a wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully located, a train ride from Paris. We often took the train/metro to town and a van back to the house. It takes a good while, but trains are frequent and it’s easy to get a car to return. Definitely not the last time we stay here! Would be perfect for a large family as well.

Hote très accueillante, réactive et à l’écoute. Nous avons fêter les 1 an de mon fils et elle a fait en sorte que tout soit parfait niveau horaire et accueil. Je vous recommande à 1000%.

The pictures do it no justice. It was a beautiful home with a generous host who guided us on restaurants, walkable grocery stores and even walked with us to a restaurant to speak to the manager for us, ensuring we were in good hands. The home is gorgeous and clean. Emma was extremely responsive and gave helpful tips for where we were traveling that day. We will be back and most definitely will travel to her villa again with our family again.
