Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grez-sur-Loing

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

We felt very comfortable in this charming and lovingly furnished house. The garden is large and cozy, there are many seating options and a grill. Jean Michele welcomed us with a strawberry cake - how can you not feel at home right away. He was always available for questions. Our only criticism is that the house is very noisy. It is best suited for a vacation with good friends :)

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group trip. We loved staying here and there was plenty of space for a group of 14 adults on a climbing holiday. Great location, walking distance from the forest and the bakery!! Thank you, we hope to return

Nice and relaxing apartment really very well located with a very nice terrace overlooking the greenery and the forest. Soft atmosphere, far from the stress of Paris, and so nice to be awakened by the birdsong, Evelyne is a very friendly host, very welcoming, always available and responsive, very accessible and very kind. Very pleasant stay, The bed is very comfortable and the accommodation is very convenient. Everything was clean, tidy and the equipment works very well. During our communication, Patrick was very pleasant and polite. The neighbors of the other Airbnb were quite noisy, which is not the host's fault, but I advise you to take earplugs just in case. I'll be back!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

The house is located in a small village that can be visited. There is a bakery in front of the house and a restaurant a little further down on a square. The village is a 15-minute drive from Fontainebleau castle and close to the forest for walks. There is a very nice garden overlooking the roofs of the Village.

Had a wonderful stay at Kapla House. Very nice house, very well designed and furnished, in a beautiful green setting. Our hosts were very welcoming, gave us a lot of good recommendations and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. Total disconnection 30 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon.

We had a great stay at Anthony's house with the family. The house is perfectly in line with the listing, very clean, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for a stay with several people. Anthony was a particularly attentive host and allowed us to leave a little later, which was very much appreciated. Fluid and responsive communication.
