Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haute de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Bel appartement lumineux dans un logement au 3ème et dernier étage d'une résidence avec ascenseur, situé dans un quartier très calme, à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et de ses commodités, à 24 minutes à pied de la gare (proximité immédiate du Luxembourg). L'autoroute E411 Bruxelles/Luxembourg est accessible à 5 minutes, ainsi que le centre commercial de l'Hydrion. Pour les adeptes de balades en pleine nature, la vallée de l'Attert et la forêt d'Anlier sont à quelques minutes en voiture.

There’s no kitchen, but plenty of great places to explore nearby. Just 15-30 minutes by bus from the city center, Kirchberg, or the train station. Plus, public transport in Luxembourg is free!

Studio indépendant à Arlon. Proche de la frontière luxembourgeoise, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Sas d'entrée pour vélo, parking facile dans la rue. Il est plus facile de se déplacer aux alentours du studio en voiture ( rue en côte, peu de bus) Nous habitons dans la maison attenant au studio (indépendant) et sommes donc présents pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Gare d'Arlon à 2km Frontière luxembourgeoise à 2km, Luxembourg Ville à 32km Le studio fait environ 25m carré.

Well situated, recently refurbished, ground floor studio apartment in the charming and quiet area of Dommeldange. There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

Il comprend 4 chambres, 1 salle de bains, 1 salle de douche et 1 grand séjour ouvert. Vous trouverez aussi une salle home cinéma et un espace babyfoot.  Deux terrasses privatives permettent de profiter du calme de l'extérieur. Dans le jardin partagé avec le propriétaire se trouve une balançoire avec toboggan et un trampoline.
