The Shed, country atmosphere

The Shed is totally renovated and has a cozy warm atmosphere. Situated on a working farm far away from traffic and densely populated areas. The Shed sleeps four and has modern amenities. The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. It is a great base for travelling around the south of Iceland with a selection of self-drive tours you can do e.g. the Golden Circle, The South Coast, Þjórsárvalley, etc. There are also many tour companies operating in this area.

Spectacular place´ Wake up to the ocean dancing, birds singing and seals right outside your window. Approximately 50 kilometres outside of Reykjavik, more precisely, in Hvalfjordur is a little cottage located right by the ocean shore. On the ground floor is a joint kitchen/living room includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen view is the sea itself. Toilet with a shower On the second floor has a bedroom loft with 2 queen size beds and one single person’s bed.

Rustic Cabin is a micro apartment connected to our farmhouse. The kitchen and living-room are in the same space where you have two beds, a sleeping sofa and a wonderful view of the sunset or the northern lights - if you're lucky. And then there is a nice private bathroom. Steinnes is a farm located in picturesque Icelandic scenery with a beautiful view of mountains and the river running by. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

This unique place has a glass roof above the bed to enjoy fully what the sky has to offer, sometimes northern lights, sun or snow. Each season brings its own adventures and each stay is special. Outside is a private garden with a large hot tub to soak in and enjoy the evening. only two cottages stand on the foot of the legendary, most photographed mountain of Iceland-Kirkjufell, and this is one of them..a completely unique place in pure nature with amazing views-a few hundred meters from the waterfall Kirkjufellsfoss. The 45m2 cottage is equipped with two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a view of the valley below Kirkjufell and a hot tub on the terrace.
