I would like to offer you a renovated large room with a bathroom and a private entrance from the stairwell, located in an old prewar villa on the Grunwald. The room has 26 m2, it is equipped with floor heating, a new bed for two people, a table, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV and a modern bathroom. There's a tea kettle, coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and silverware. The room is a half floor below the ground floor, with a large window overlooking the garden and greenery.
