Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

El alojamiento está en una ubicación estupenda y desde el dormitorio tienes unas vistas preciosas de las montañas. El piso está bien equipado y era agradable sentarse junto al fuego después de un día en el campo. A pocos metros del piso, una escalera lleva directamente a la plaza del pueblo, donde también hay dos bares y un pequeño supermercado que también vende leña. El check-in no podría haber sido más sencillo. Gracias y sin duda volveremos pronto.

Our stay at apartment, was truly unforgettable. Nestled in the serene Spanish hills, it offered not only breathtaking views but also a peaceful atmosphere that filled each day with positive energy. The charm of the place inspired us to be active—to explore, hike, and fully embrace the natural beauty around us. The apartment itself was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation, from the peaceful surroundings to the incredibly restful sleep we enjoyed each night. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure. A place to recharge, reconnect, and return to feeling inspired. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung von Mery und Javi ist super für einen Aufenthalt in Marbella! Was uns besonders gefallen hat: - Sie ist super ausgestattet (es war Öl, Salz, Pfeffer sowie Waschmittel vorhanden) - die Wohnung ist gut gelegen in der Altstadt und nur 5 Minuten von der Promenade entfernt - die Dachterrasse ist toll! - die beiden sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich! :) - es gibt einen Schrank für die Koffer den man bei vorzeitiger Ankunft oder später Abreise nutzen kann. Wichtig zu wissen: der Treppenaufgang ist schmal und steil, mit großem Koffer ist es etwas schwer die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch zu kommen. Aber Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.

There is a reason that Curro and this apartment gets 5 Stars - it/they are perfecto. The inside is clean, beautiful and well laid out. It is a studio but it is so well laid out that there is room to relax throughout. Bathroom is great and large. The outside deck is spectacular and the view is even prettier than the pictures. Even though the beach is right in front, you may never leave the deck. Full sun when you want it and remote controlled canopy if you want some shade. Laying out or sitting on the deck with the sea gulls gracefully soaring past as you gaze in the distance at the ships heading to or from the Strait of Gibraltar was so relaxing and peaceful. As for Curro, he is very responsive a wonderful host and a real gentleman. He can answer any question you may have. Lastly, as for Estepona. It is a charming town. The old town area with its narrow streets and flower pots everywhere radiates the beauty of this town. Thank you Curro. A highlight of our trip to Spain

Je recommande les yeux fermés car les instructions étaient très claires avant l’arrivée, Rafael nous a attendu à la porte, nous a aidé à décharger, nous a tout expliqué (lentement pour qu’on se comprenne), nous a ensuite amené au parking privé et ramené à l’appartement qui est charmant, bien équipé et extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons eu des recommandations sur les différentes activités sympas à faire et restaurant à découvrir (très bons 😋). Encore merci pour votre accueil et vos prestations excellentes.

Appartement propre, spacieux avec une grande terrasse qui permet de profiter d’une belle vue. Place de stationnement dans un parking privé couvert. Hôte réactif, disponible, accueillant et parlant français. Piscine partagée agréable. Dommage pour le jacuzzi extérieur qui n’était pas fonctionnel lors de notre séjour.

Jean é uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa e preocupada com que possamos ter a melhor experiência possível. Sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Foi tudo perfeito. O local é ótimo e o apartamento é excelente. Eu e minha família passamos momentos maravilhosos. Recomendo

Un appartement cosy, propre, bien rangé offrant deux chambres et deux salles de bain spacieuses, disposant de tous les équipements dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec plusieurs piscines. Votre véhicule peut être garé à l’intérieur à quelques mètres de l’appartement situé en rez de jardin avec deux terrasses. Nous étions à quelques mètres de l’établissement Nao Pool et centaines de mètres du Breathe, Oak et La Sala. Non loin vous avez aussi une supérette où vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La marina se trouve a une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables , ce fut un réel dépaysement. Marco, notre hôte, a été bienveillant et proactif. Il a toujours répondu à nos demandes . Lors d’un prochain séjour que ce soit en famille ou entre amis nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

The apartment was outstanding and perfect location for what we needed. The photos don’t do it justice, spotlessly clean and really quiet. Would highly recommend and will return.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Urbanización verfügt über mehrere Pools, die ideal zum Entspannen sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zwei Terrassen mit 360-Grad-Blick und Grillmöglichkeit – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Eine ideale Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt, um Andalusien zu erkunden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Christian ist super unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn, der Ausblick eine 10 von 10. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter aber die Wohnung ist modern und top ausgestattet. Vielen Dank lieber Christian wir hatten eine tolle Zeit :)

Muy buen apartamento y bien equipado, solo sugiero revisar la iluminación. Es iluminación fria y en el dormitorio el artefacto da una luz demasiado potente. Por lo demas todo excelente y nela ha sido muy amable y conectada en todo momento. Nos permitió un late check out sin costo que nos vino barbaro!! Gracias nuevamente

Had a great stay here . Perfect location and good amenities. Only thing was the address that was on air BnB was not correct and there was confusion on which address was the correct one as it had different ones from the one on Apple Maps and the one provided . Aside from that everything else was great!

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns wieder für eine Wohnung von Kata entschieden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man für einen geruhsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnB bei Fragen und Wünsche wurden sehr schnell beantwortet, Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage liegt an einem Strand der nicht von Liegestuhlanbietern zugepflastert ist. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Dies ist auch nicht selbstverständlich und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Für uns war dies ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnungen von Kata nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder einmal an die Costa del Sol reisen werden wir uns wieder eine Wohnung von Kata aussuchen. We zijn vaker in deze regio geweest en dit is de eerste keer dat we in een appartement verbleven. Door de luxe uitstraling van het appartement en het complex voelde het net als een hotel.

We were incredibly pleased with Guillermo’s apartment, it was just perfect. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it’s a nice touch. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and in a very good location. We found it easily after walking from the train station (less than 20 minutes walk) Guillermo was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed him. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a self catered apartment in Ronda!

L’hôte nous a accueilli en personne, elle était très réactive à mes messages et questions. Gracias Raquel! L’appartement est bien placé en face de la mer/ la plage, endroit sécurisé, proche de toutes les commodités: supermarché, restaurant, café/bar, boulangerie, poissonnier etc La cuisine bien équipée est un atout pour les personnes comme moi qui aiment cuisiner de temps à autre. Nous reviendrons :)

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.

Excellent séjour dans cette résidence. L’appartement était très spacieux et lumineux avec une superbe exposition sur la terrasse. Il y avait tout les équipements nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Je recommande.

O apartamento é muito bom, o edifício bonito e bem conservado. A Garagem coube um carro para 7 lugares bem grande. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias. A orientação para o check-in é precisa e sem erros. Fomos felizes em nossa hospedagem. Retornaria certamente.
