Abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend lungo, l'appartamento era davvero bellissimo come nelle foto e molto comodo,fornitissimo di tutto il necessario. Federica è stata davvero gentilissima. Che dire consigliatissimo, se torneremo prossimo anno alloggeremo sicuramente qui!!

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Views were fantastic and the pictures cannot do them justice. I like that it is out of the way a bit. Felt very private, but still close enough to walk to all the sites. Ilaria and her husband were great and gave really good recommendations on restaurants throughout the city. They even give an easy to follow guide book. Completely worth the price!

We were greeted at Fondamenta Nove and walked to the apartment. Which is seated in a beautiful, tucked away location- quiet but very close to a fruit & vegetable market, with the coop around the corner. We cooked some nights but also ate in some of the outstanding restaurants nearby. Ça D’Oro stop is also nearby for getting anywhere by boat- But there is lots to explore in walking distances-especially if you want to wind your way through the many neighborhood passages that make Venice all that it is! Very responsive host, clean apartment, comfortable bed- all the amenities. I extend my highest recommendation.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

Un séjour absolument magnifique ! Le logement est idéalement situé, juste à côté d’une charmante petite place avec des commerces et des restaurants, tout en restant très calme. L’appartement est très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et les gondoles qui passent juste devant ajoutent une touche de magie et de romantisme unique. Un vrai rêve ! L’hôte a été adorable, très accueillante et nous a gentiment attendus à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés – un vrai coup de cœur !

un esperienza diversa in una villa antica immersa in uno splendido e curato parco. Ampi spazi e dettagli di pregio anche all interno. La posizione è perfetta per visitare i meravigliosi dintorni. Gianmaria e sua sorella ci hanno accolto con calore e professionalità e sono stati disponibili per ogni necessità. Bravi!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We had a fantastic stay at Luisa’s place. Veronica’s was super with communication and recommendations. We loved the location and the view of the canals. Everything is within walking distance. I would only recommend to get precise instructions when getting off the ferry stop as we did get a little lost with the small Venice streets. It was a wonderful stay!

This apartment is top notch! We are a family of 5 enjoying Venice. This apartment was perfect. The location is in a quieter area of Venice. Apartment was super clean and pristine. We felt right at home. The air conditioning was amazing after exploring in the Hot Italian sun. When we come back to Venice we will most definitely book this apartment again. It had all of the amenities that you could want! Thanks for the great experience!

This place is truly special. Aside from it being spotless, spacious, and walkable to all things Venice, it was truly unique. The old building transformed into a modern apartment was amazing, and the view was beyond compare. It was surreal to look out the windows and see the gondolas go by! Beds were comfy and the rooms were very quieter at night, making for a restful sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a really pleasant, quieter area with a lot of access to restaurants, experiences etc at a place that felt refreshing and like home.

My stay at Francesca’s was perfect ! It’s a beautiful private setting. With the bikes we could reach the lake and visit nearby cities. Francesca was always reactive and kind with us ! 10/10 !!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Ende Mai in Lisas Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Sie ist sehr hell mit großen Fenstern und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr sehr stilvoll. Zudem liegt sie sehr ruhig und man hört nichts von der befahrenen Straße am Ufer. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei und konnten die Küste entlang fahren (fast die ganze Strecke kann man direkt am Ufer fahren und muss nicht auf der Straße fahren). Überall sind kleine Badestellen, Restaurants und Bars. Es ist wirklich eine traumhaft schöne Gegend. Lisas Mutter spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns, da wir es vergessen hat extra ein selbstgepresstes Olivenöl aus ihrem Garte vorbei gebracht ☺️. Das Airbnb ist wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, alle unsere Wünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Adresse könnte in den Unterlagen noch etwas klarer ersichtlich sein, aber dank des Google Maps-Links war das kein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die fantastische Aussicht zu genießen. Garda ist nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

I spent a month in this cozy attic apartment and felt right at home. Paola was absolutely the best host, always responsive, friendly & helpful. The apt is well stocked with towels & linens and even had extra supplies like olive oil, vinegar, seasonings & coffee. I love all the natural light that flows in the from the windows & skylight as well as how dark it can be once closing the shutters. The apt is very small and when I had 2 guests at the same time clothing storage was tight for 3 ppl, but we made due. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe in Vicenza and in this apt specifically because there is a lock to the building as well as on the door and no access to the windows from the outside. It is also far enough away from the train station (which can be sketchy at night), but still only an easy 22 minute walk when I needed to go. The area is quiet, safe & peaceful. Vicenza is super walkable, but having bus stops just meters from the door is a bonus. Don't hesitate to book!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Einzigartige Lage direkt am See. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und flexibel. Check in war bei uns nach Rücksprache auch etwas früher möglich. Toller Aufenthalt - wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, toll renoviert, groß und sauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten die schönsten Orte Rivas erreichen. Anna ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften früher einchecken und haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, schneller Service, alles wie beschrieben.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
