We really fell in love with this place. The setting is charming, with a peaceful garden where we were even able to enjoy some delicious fruits, and an exceptional view. Françoise was very welcoming, always available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for discovering Grande-Terre in a few days. A beautiful place that we would recommend without hesitation!

the accommodation was impeccable, more beautiful even than the photos. the perfect decor. the bedding very good ( thank you the screens!!) the very pleasant pool. I did not understand that there was another accommodation next door but we had no inconvenience. no noise and no vis-à-vis. self check-in and check-out are convenient .

We were hosted very well by our hosts and Pepper our four-legged host. The accommodation was as expected, better than in the photos with a very pleasant and well ventilated terrace. The location was as we wanted, outside the center of Port Louis but close to the beautiful beach of the blower. I would definitely recommend this place and thank Manuela and her husband for this pleasant stay.

The manuel home reflects what was seen and stated in the listing. Ideal for those who do not have pretensions , but just look for support and do not have to spend much time in the house. Of course it could be better equipped, but you also have to look at the rates paid, which are low for an apartment 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches, with the parking space in front of the house. Very welcome air conditioning , necessary at night. We also appreciated the availability of handles to let us in a few hours before the set time, and the fresh fruit she gave us! Recommended!

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Laurent's place. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the shop to open at the kitchen has given the accommodation a special, Caribbean charm. The proximity to the beach and shopping was very convenient. We particularly thank Laurent for the numerous tips – especially the hints on proper ventilation have helped a lot to get used to the heat. The fast internet was also great. And the mosquito bats definitely saved us the evenings!

I gave this trip to my mother after my father's death. We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

The accommodation was impeccable and very well located in addition to quiet , the host is very friendly and attentive and in case of request she responds right away ( biafine for my daughter), the activities are very close for some, the food stores are very close and beaches too. I would recommend this place 100% as well as these very nice hosts.

The stay at Jenna and Remy's was wonderful. The accommodation is lovely, friendly and well decorated. All amenities, with some great extras for travelers (e.g. beach chair, cooler, etc.), were made available to us. Jenna welcomed us warmly by offering us fruit and other products. She was receptive from the moment we booked. She took care to make us great recommendations that were useful during our trip. We don't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to our friends and loved ones and we would be more than happy to stay there again.

After our stay we can say that we were very well received. Explanations are well shared and clear. The setting and very nice. The restaurant of the complex is of very good quality and the price is affordable and friendly. Nothing to say but we recommend it.

A clean, tastefully decorated and very well located accommodation (Place Ste Victoire and the spice market 5 min walk away and the great iron cathedral just at the end of the street). Régis was very good advice and easy to contact. I highly recommend this listing!

everything is fine, the apartment is located on the edge of the complex, it is quiet, you can see the sea from the terrace. Apartment has everything you need, we had a good time, happy to come back.

The accommodation is very clean, very functional and well-equipped. The large terrace and pool are nice. It is quiet and located close to many shops and activities. The hosts are very welcoming and kindly adapt to our small special requests. They also provide great tips on sites to visit and activities to do. A big thank you to Jo and Élodie for a great week spent at their place.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

I highly recommend this listing! It is very well equipped and perfectly located. Walking access to Sainte Anne beach in 5 min is a real luxury! The residence is quiet and secure. We were very well received and had all the information necessary for the smooth running of the stay. We will rent this apartment again without hesitation.

Thank you very much to Sonia for hosting her and her friend, a kind person who was able to soothe me when I arrived after a little stress. The accommodation is very well appointed and functional. The scenery is just wahouu and soothing. Very nice clean pool even if I didn't enjoy it my kids enjoyed it. I liked the location close to the shopping malls and the airport. No outages during the stay which is highly appreciated. We'll be there again.
