Beachfront holiday rentals in Grand Harbour

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

We stayed at Sean's place for a nearby wedding down the street. The moment you walk into the condo you can see that they really care about their guests. It was EXTREMELY clean and relaxing with music playing in the background. The water pressure was excellent which is random but important! The condo is situated right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. We loved cooking breakfast in the morning then sitting by the pool, dock or beach. It is very relaxing and super quiet. If you are looking for more action I recommend staying near 7 mile beach but if you want to unplug def stay here. Rum point beach is about a mile a way and next door is Kaibo restaraunt and bar that has very good food n drinks along with Starfish point that has a pontoon food truck! We def are thinking of coming back already!

Amazing place to stay for peace and quiet. Snorkeling gear, pool noodles, float to use. Bring your own cooler as the Styrofoam cooler leaked and was broken. Also, had to buy a beach umbrella due to the one provided being broken and was a miserable first day on the beach without shade. Had to leave there because it did not fit in suitcase. Would have been nice to know to bring some type of shade for beach. Host was hard to understand due to using translation. Some sentences did not make sense. Easy check in/check out. A good 45 min-1hr drive from seven mile beach and most popular restaurants, but nice to be in a quiet area and felt very safe at condo and entire island. Locals were so friendly. Highly recommend renting a car!

Very cute and clean apartment in a great location. Quick drive to cemetery beach for snorkeling. Host was very helpful and kind. My kids loved the roosters and chickens on the property.

This studio is within the holiday inn hotel so you have full use of amenities and daily housekeeping. Lovely setting on the beach

Lovely, posh resort. Beautiful grounds and very attentive staff. The road in to the resort is a few kms long and after a strong rain, it gets partially submerged. Still drivable though.

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

We absolutely loved our time here. Be sure to bring plenty of money to accommodate your travel needs re: taxi, shuttle, water taxi services. The coffee shop was awesome for a quick breakfast, and we enjoyed the dinners at Kaibo. The place was so perfect for us, never crowded, friendly people, definitely worth it! First trip to Grand Cayman and what a great spot to stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were five of us and the condo was very comfortable. Pool and beach right there within a minute from the door. The beach with the cove was great and you could venture out past the cove easily. Beach chairs, umbrellas and tables all set up for our use. The condo was close to restaurants, grocery stores and all sorts of excursions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here at Xiran’s condo. She was super helpful with any inquires we had and very prompt in her responses. If we ever head back to Grand Cayman we will definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

Kaibo is a stunning part of the island if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. The pool is incredible and you look out to the sea and the beach as you swim. Kaibo restaurant is next door and lets you enjoy dinner in the sand too. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great spot for our family to enjoy some quality time together.

If you want a peaceful locale with a restaurant right next door, pool and beach, this will be perfect for you! Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. We loved the direct access to the beach and pool and the screened-in porch. Kayaks are a great add and Rum Point is a 2-min drive or quick walk. Loved the area and all the amenities in the condo. We had an amazing stay in Grand Cayman as a couple with our 4-year-old son. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped – everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, which made our nights restful after days of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need, making it really easy and enjoyable to cook during our stay. We also really appreciated how easy it was to keep the apartment clean, thanks to the professional-grade washer and dryer, the Dyson vacuum, and all the cleaning supplies provided. Julie was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available and happy to give us tips and advice throughout our stay. Every morning, we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony, which made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Loved having two Adirondack chairs on porch! Communication was fantastic as we needed a couple items that were part of the Airbnb and they were right on it and got it to us very quickly. The place was very clean, which is important to us. We met the housekeeper and she was an added bonus! She let us in and made us feel very comfortable to change as we got there early and we were able to get on the beach to enjoy the rest of our afternoon!!That was an extra top bonus! Loved having some great restaurants walkable. Though we had a car, we did taxi to a few places just because it was so hot and we were dressed up. Tillys was fabulous for sunset, Yoshi‘s across the street for amazing sushi and a great locals place down at Heritage Kitchen near cemetery Beach. It’s a little tiny hole in the wall, but incredible and amazing food and people! They were awesome! Definitely affordable but fresh and delicious.

Great location. Nice pool and swimming cove. Snorkel in the cove - lots to see! Kyle was super responsive with questions and resolving any issues. Easy drive to many points of interest. Great having a washer and dryer. If you're using Google maps, use "Sunset Cove South Side Parking Lot" to navigate to the closest parking to the unit (it's behind the old Margaritaville). I'm interested to see how the pending Hyatt development at that site will effect the condos. Would stay here again when returning to Grand Cayman. Thanks again!

Great little gem steps from the beach. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and bars too! Would recommend & return!

The place was amazing. It is really close to the beach and pool/bar area. We brought our 3 kids and our baby. They had so much stuff for the kids from toys, games, and everything you would need for the beach. They had great recommendations for grocery shopping, restaurants, and activities. The place was extremely clean. Verity is a great communicator and was very responsive with our travel hiccups. They have thought of everything. We got a car, but it’s not needed with all the amenities, restaurants, and shopping at your fingertips. Finally, our biggest concern was how busy the beach would be while we were there. We had no issues getting chairs and umbrellas and felt like we had a beautiful, private beach at times. I 100% recommend this place!

Gorgeous place on the water. Loved the view and privacy. Lots of snorkel gear to use, 2 tandem kayaks, 2 SUPs, lots of towels! Had a great week exploring the island and also just relaxing out back and snorkeling. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a quieter stay on the north side of the island.

Always enjoy visiting the Island and staying on the quiet side. The apartment was beautiful and renovated nicely. not huge but felt giant because of the indoor/outdoor space with a wall of doors/windows. Loved the pool and the beach of course. The only thing we didn't love about the entire thing was the grass on the beach which is an almost impossible task to maintain. Host was responsive, friendly and nice to work with!

The first Night the room was a little hot, but everything else was great! would stay again for sure
