Waterfront holiday rentals in Grand-Fort-Philippe

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

We were in the apartment as a couple and immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean and is comfortably furnished. In good weather, you can enjoy the large terrace. In the bed you could sleep very well. There is a cellar for bicycles, where you can safely store them. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking. The way to the sea is short, there are bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It was a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Wimmereux# a small but very romantic and beautiful town for young and old. I was thrilled with the apartment. It impresses with the fantastic view of the sea, very aesthetic and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy. The apartment is very quiet overall and is located in a well-maintained building. There is a cozy bathtub and an elevator. Everything was to my complete satisfaction in terms of aesthetics, functionality and parking facilities are also available in the city. The price-performance ratio is 100% right. We'll be back!!!

A more than a beautiful stay. a very nice apartment with a very nice decor, impeccable bedding. a beautiful kitchen with the necessary equipment to cook. an extraordinary view of the beach from the living room. We'll be back for longer next time. Thanks to Sébastien because everything was great.

We had a wonderful extended weekend in this simple but beautiful apartment with wonderful views of the sea. The apartment was as described. Equipped with everything you need, clean and cozy. Fortunately, I had read the reviews beforehand and was prepared to carry our old dog up and down the steep, narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. But that worked well - thanks to my good dog, who already knows it. For a longer vacation, however, it would be too exhausting for me. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach, but thanks to the good instructions in the apartment, we did not need any help from them. We couldn't get along with the remote control of the TV (but we didn't try harder either) - who wants to watch TV when you can look at the sea instead...? Thank you for the opportunity to spend these beautiful 4 days at the North Sea in northern France!!!

A lovely stay in this apartment. I enjoyed the view of the sea. The apartment was as described, clean and functional. Very well located close to restaurants, shops, and at the foot of the beach. Communication with the host went smoothly. It's a solid option for those looking for a quiet, well-located accommodation with a beautiful view.

A wonderful weekend away with my boyfriend. The location is fantastic, apartment is lightly cleaned and is equipped with all comforts. I would recommend it 100% and will definitely come back! We followed all the tips we received and were not disappointed!

The stay at Marianne's went very well. The accommodation was perfect, well-equipped, very clean, quiet as we like it. The outside is much appreciated. Also well located in relation to the shops. Marianne is attentive and responds quickly to any request. The garage is a plus for us to store our bikes!

We just had two wonderful days in Malo les Bains. I hesitated to choose this accommodation for its location on the ground floor but the house is a little away from the dike, very quiet, walkers pass without worrying about "us", which on the other hand enjoys an incredible view of the beach! Very peaceful night, the room overlooking the back of the apartment: no noise! I'm already looking forward to coming back, especially since Martine is an absolutely adorable host.

Lovely place in the countryside. Kind and helpful hosts. They were there when needed, but otherwise gave us privacy. Everything you need in the house, generous box of welcome treats - and some in the fridge!

Booked this for my Husbands 70th. 5 couples so, having a bedroom with en-suite for everyone was a real find. The location was superb, everything in walking distance. Sally provided recommendations for a dinner on the Saturday evening. We went to the Royal Hotel (across the road). It was a perfect w/e and the weather helped. We had sea views and right on the front. Cinema room in the basement was fab and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks Sally

We had a very nice stay and we were very happy about the accommodation and communication. The city De Panne itself is not the prettiest city. But the location of the house is still nice, peaceful and close to the beach.

Our stay went well, and the bedding is very comfortable. Laurence was very welcoming to us. I recommend it with pleasure

We really enjoyed our stay in Calais and thanks to the ideal location of the apartment we were able to easily walk between the beach and the city center. We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's place. Francine was very welcoming. 🤗😘 The apartment is in a good location, quiet in a residential area. Nothing was missing and we felt comfortable there. Beautiful walks in the center and around Gravelines. The shopkeepers and restaurateurs are nice. The food is good. We'll be back!

Staying in Calais for one night before taking Le Shuttle to return to Norfolk, UK we were delighted to find Christophe and Isabel’s place. It had everything we needed. We spent time at the beach and had dinner at Oh Mouette. In the morning we walked to the Boulangerie. Then we went to see The Burghers of Calais the famous sculpture of Rodin. The apartment is easy to find with parking just outside. The location is great for travelling through Calais. It is very clean and newly furnished.

Beautiful clean apartment. Everything you need is available. Only a stone's throw to the beautiful beach. The city is about 20 minutes' walk away. Unfortunately, I don't find the city center of Calais so beautiful. Many buildings have not been modernized and renovated. Few shops. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursion destinations. e.g. to Cap Blanc Nez + Cap Gris Nez.
