This Air BnB is is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Its location is perfect allowing you to walk where ever you need to go. Manrique was amazingly helpful and took us on a full day tour of the volcano, lake and looking, a highlight of our trip. Would recommend staying here!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

The stay at Tim's house (Casa Marina) was very good, in a great location where you can walk through the beautiful city of Granada and reach nice restaurants and stores quickly. Tim responded to all of our concerns. the place was very spacious and beautiful with A.C. as advertised. Our week stay was great specially when the Cleaning Lady came halfway through our stay and made sure everything was nice and organized and helped us with more than we expected. Eva deserves a 5-Star rating for her services. The living room is an open area that connects to the backyard and in a few occasions we saw a few bats flying in and quickly out. You may also see other insects and critters inside the place.

great spot to stay in Granada! very easy to get around as it is right downtown, and very nice to be able to walk everywhere. The area is gorgeous with everything you need. The private pool was a big highlight. I would 100% recommend this spot!

Marc was a wonderful host. Any issues that came up he resolved quickly. A great private place to relax. Don't spend your whole trip in a busy noisy city! There are small shops in the neighborhood with basic things and there is a town a $1 tuktuk ride away with many good options to eat out. Mombacho volcano is only 10 minutes away, which makes a great day trip.

Glenn is a super host. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing time. The place has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Spectacular staff service, Alex has good service and hospitality.. privacy and local charm.. i would recommend that they offer ambient music in some hours in some areas so that visitors can have an entertainment area and that they offer the Food service in different modalities. To have everything in one place or associated with the neighboring businesses.

The house is very nice. Everything was clean, the house is quite spacious, nice garden, very comfortable beds, bathrooms and pretty clean sheets. Well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook, it has the necessary utensils. The area is peaceful and you can walk to the park. Nice weather. It is advisable to have a vehicle to get around in case you don't want to walk although there is also local transportation like motorcycle taxis. Denia was very friendly and was always attentive in case we needed anything. The house is highly recommended for staying.

I enjoyed my stay at Emma's Guest Cottage. It is a great place to get away if you want a quiet and secluded space just outside Granada. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the wifi and television reception were great. Yajaira worked extremely hard all day to keep the place clean and Richard maintained the garden in beautiful shape. There was always a pleasant breeze coming off the lake and I enjoyed the swimming pool. If these are the things you are looking for in a vacation rental, you will enjoy your stay here.
