I stayed 12 days at Casa Crickmar. The private pool was amazing, customer service was terrific, and the location was unbeatable.

Casa Yula was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, each with its own private bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the warmer days. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Eveling, our host, was incredibly responsive and attentive—she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also a highlight. There are convenience stores and local restaurants within walking distance, which made it easy to grab meals and essentials. Since my family is originally from Granada, the location was ideal for us to connect with relatives and explore familiar places. Overall, we loved our stay at Casa Yula and would absolutely book this place again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-located stay in Granada!

Que decir de este lugar, es tan tranquilo y tan hermoso. Me sentí tan relajado estos días, además de la zona que es muy tranquila y llena de naturaleza. Nel se porto super linda y accesible xon nosotros todo el tiempo, además que su cosecha de café es excelente. En caso de volver a viajar a Nicaragua, no duraremos en regresar a este lugar ❤️✨️

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

House was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It was shockingly clean for an indoor/outdoor living concept. The entire living area is open to the elements except for the bedrooms, but this was never a problem. We were not harassed by any insects, birds, or lizards. House was withing gated neighborhood with 24/7 security but was within walking distance of the town center with many restaurants nearby. Very cool stay.

There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

Casa Blanca exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. The pool was perfect way to cool down from the heat. The air conditioners cooled off each bedroom with no problem. The location was perfect. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. We brought ear plugs just in case but did not really need them. The market (which was one of the coolest things I’ve seen) was only a 5 minute walk. Granada Property Service was the local service used to manage the property. They were great. They book a van for 6 from the airport, a driver for a day trip to Laguna de apoyo, and an in house massage for 6. Guillermo was very responsive and provided the best list of tips and recommendations I’ve ever seen at any air bnb I’ve stayed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Having been to Granada 12 times in the past 9 years, we've stayed many places, yet would suggest this above them all if you're OK being on the edge of the smaller city rather than centrally located. The home was brand new, spotless, it had A/C in both bedrooms and the living/kitchen area, we loved the dining table & chair area under the overhang just outside the kitchen open to the courtyard and pool area. The pool is not large, but our 5 year old grandson LOVED it, and given the commonly hot weather native to the area, it was a joy to be able to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off anytime we wanted. The location is secure, in a condo development with a 24/7/365 gated entrance, we've never had a single issue at all staying in Granada, yet this safety could be helpful for those who desire. My wife (who is native from Granada) and I loved our 8 night stay and would recommend this home without reservation!

The stay at Tim's house (Casa Marina) was very good, in a great location where you can walk through the beautiful city of Granada and reach nice restaurants and stores quickly. Tim responded to all of our concerns. the place was very spacious and beautiful with A.C. as advertised. Our week stay was great specially when the Cleaning Lady came halfway through our stay and made sure everything was nice and organized and helped us with more than we expected. Eva deserves a 5-Star rating for her services. The living room is an open area that connects to the backyard and in a few occasions we saw a few bats flying in and quickly out. You may also see other insects and critters inside the place.

La casa es increíblemente bella, parece sacada de película, la recomiendo una y mil veces, puntos débiles probablemente que la zona donde se encuentra ya está un poco cerca de algún barrio y de repente si tienes vehículo afuera tienes que tener cuidado, por lo demás es un alojamiento precioso!

Maria’s house in Granada was outstanding. The house is in a very convenient location. We were very closed to the street where the restaurants are located at, La Calzada. We even got to walk down to the lake and spend a great time at the Malecon. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, my kids looooved the pool, and we enjoy the terrace of the house. The decoration blends so nicely with the colonial city. I definitely feel like home. Would definitely come back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent stay. The house was definitely more than we expected and very clean. The beds are so confortable and we wished we would’ve stayed there longer. We will definitely visit again.
