We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Great stay here. Location is perfect with restaurants, convenience stores and shops just walking distance away. The place is intimate which is suited best for a solo traveler or a couple. Anabel was very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit/explore Madrid.

Alicia’s place was great! It’s exactly like in the photos. The only thing is that at night it’s a bit noisy but it dies down around 11pm , and that is to be expected given the businesses of the plaza. Walkable distance to the metro and bus. Which was great and very safe area and lots to do walking distance. It is a great space for two people. I would highly recommend
