Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

In our cozily and comfortably furnished basement apartment with hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, you will find yourself with max. 4 persons quickly feel comfortable. Additional beds are possible. You park your car directly at the apartment and have access to the beautiful city forest for great walks. You are welcome to go to the city center or to "pick up rolls" after prior arrangement with our bikes, for this you only need about 15 minutes. However, there are no touring bikes.

Stay in a very nice guest house near Lutherstadt Wittenberg directly on the Elbe Cycle Route, only 1 km from the train station and 5 km from the historic old town. Our guesthouse is about 42 square meters, it was completely renovated in 2024 and stylishly furnished. The house has its own kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and bathroom. Since the bathroom in the guest house does not have a shower, there is another bath with shower right next to it in the main house, which can be reached at any time.

From the rooms you have a wonderful view into the garden. There is a seating area here that invites you to linger. A barbecue is available. Bergwitzsee with sandy beach and volleyball fields can be reached in a few minutes and Wittenberg, Wörlitzer Park, Dessau and Oranienbaum are nearby excursion destinations.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
