Waterfront holiday rentals in Gràcia

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fanden zur Begrüßung frisches Obst und Wasser in unserem Appartement vor. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir haben kein „Utensil“ in der Küche vermisst und die Bäder waren mit Duschgel, Conditioner und Körperlotion ausgestattet. Ferner wurden uns 4 große Strandhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Appartement hat eine optimale Strandlage und verfügt über eine Busstation, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist. Alternativ kann man an der Strandpromenade auch immer ein Taxi ergattern. Der Empfang ist in der Woche von 9-17 Uhr besetzt. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bis um 16:30 bei ihm in einem separaten Raum aufbewahren, so dass wir nach unserem Check-Out um 10 Uhr noch unbeschwert den Tag in Barcelona genießen konnten. Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Great place to stay. Clean and cosy flat in a quiet neighborhood. Not to far from the subway and buses.

Una estancia cálida y muy bien ubicada El departamento es tal como se muestra en la publicación: limpio, moderno, acogedor y perfectamente ubicado a unos pasos de Plaza Catalunya. Es un espacio cómodo y bien pensado, ideal para disfrutar unos días en Barcelona. El anfitrión fue siempre atento, con respuestas rápidas y una excelente disposición. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Además, la conexión con transporte público es excelente, lo que hace que moverse por la ciudad (y al aeropuerto) sea muy fácil. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendaríamos.

The place is very convenient next to the train station. We were a family of 7 people incl 2 kids and the place was very comfortable and cozy. There was enough space for everyone. There are quite a lot of convenience stores around which helped a lot with kids. Overall super experience and would recommend the place.

This place was more than enough space for the two of us who stayed here. It was spacious & clean & had a lovely view of the street below & city. Carolina helped us check in & she was super friendly & helpful with recommendations & any questions we had! It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping mall, cinema, and lots of restaurants and patisseries. We loved this spot & would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

Alles super! Eine vorbildlich eingerichtete Airbnb Wohnung mit sämtlichem Zubehör, was man für die Aufenthalt braucht zentrale Klimaanlage, die nicht gezogen hat. Super Lage in der Nähe von einem Hafen mit vielen hochwertigen Restaurants. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

I rented Gianluca’s Airbnb for my mother and my aunts, and the communication was outstanding from start to finish. He was always attentive and helpful in assisting me with communication with them. He accommodated our request to leave the luggage in the apartment, among other things. An incredible host.

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

Excelente anfitrión. Nos ofrecio su ayuda durante la crisis por el apagón. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Y su alojamiento fue muy cómodo para nosotros. Excelente sitio muy cerca a la playa.

Top location, a bit away from the city in a quiet family area. Mostly we used Uber to get in the city, as the house is on a small hill.

Miguel’s home was impeccably, clean and fully furnished with anything we needed. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and wonderful dining. Miguel and his wife were lovely! This truly was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed at! I hope to return soon.

We have loved our stay at the Casa Flamingo. The house is the perfect size for a family of 4. The location is fantastic as the beautiful beach is right on your doorstep. Getting to Barcelona was easy on the train. The station is a 6-7 minute walk from the house. Kerstin is a great host. She met us in person at the house and showed us around. I would recommend staying here as it gives you the best of both worlds. You can have a city break and beach holiday all in one. We have loved it!

We had such an amazing stay. Sònia was super helpful and responsive throughout booking and during our stay, helpful tips were sent on message covering everything you might ever need. The house was huge and offers privacy for all of our 14 guests with plenty of bathrooms and outdoor areas to relax. It take 4 minutes to walk to the beach and the house offers lots of beach equipment you can use. The beach bars are 10/10. We were worried about the lack of air con but the ceiling fans are excellent so aircon wasn’t needed. I would absolutely recommend and we’re going to try and book again for next year 😊

Wonderful stay- Julia’s place is comfortable and very well located near the beach! Great outdoor space too. Would definitely stay again!

Marie was very responsive and provided lots of useful info about local restaurants and taxi firms etc. We were away with our 8 month old and Marie went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were able to drop luggage off before the check in which made it a lot easier with the little one. The pool was heated and enjoyed everyday!

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Manuela is the loveliest host, she truly made our stay so special from the moment we got there she was so kind to us, and ensured we knew we could go to her if we needed. When we had an issue with booking a taxi she was extremely helpful and when we messed it up she was understanding and helpful. Despite the language barrier she ensured to use a translation app so we could talk to her just fine, her and her husband are lovely people, and they allowed us to sit in their garden and wait whilst getting a taxi to leave. The place itself it stunning with beautiful views of the sunset nearby, the pool is absolutely perfect for a chilled time. The rooms and kitchen are pristine with everything we needed. Overall a brilliant time, felt so welcome, loved our experience! x

Alex was a fantastic host! We were given transportation recommendations & help with holding our luggage so we could get to a tour in the city the morning we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and delightful breeze coming in from the balcony. The area was very nice & we had a quick 20 minute walk to a great restaurant. It was a fast stay for us but definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, Alex!!!

Wir möchten uns bei Nadia& taras für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist top und man braucht nur 2 min bis zur Metro und zur Stadt 15 min. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at Luis’s flat. It was a great space in a wonderful location. Very peaceful, safe and walkable to much of what we did while in Barcelona. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Barcelona.
