Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gràcia

As many other reviews have stated, Silvia is a wonderful host. She really cares about her guests and feels like a friend. Thank you for the breakfast food. The room was large enough for our family of four (two kids) and we appreciated the private bathroom, and being able to use Silvia’s kitchen and living room. We parked our car in the free parking lot about 500 meters away along the coast toward Barcelona. It’s a dusty lot, so another option to consider is the pay parking on nearby streets. Staying at Silvia’s apartment and taking the train into Barcelona was much less expensive than staying in Barcelona. The train worked great for us.

Very friendly and welcoming. It was great to practice my Spanish while there.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönem, geschmackvollen Haus. Nuria hat uns am Anfang sehr freundlich begrüßt . Sofort habe ich familiäre Gefühle gehabt, als wir uns schon gekannt haben. Sehr nette Mensch. Sofort hat uns sehr viel Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist super, alles ist schön, keine zufällige Sachen, alles mit Kopf und -praktisch und Geschmack angerichtet. Was muss ich noch erwähnen -alles war da-im Küche -Kaffe, Milch, Wasser,Saft, Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Im Toiletten auch alles zu Verfügung von Toalletpapier bis Shampoos, Duschgel, Haarspülung... Extra schreibe ich über diesen Sachen, weil passiert sehr selten, dass man alles hat im Wohnung. Einfach perfekte Service!!!!👍 Wohnung befindet sich im sehr schöne Ecke von Vilanova i La gertru.- Altstad-schöne Kaffe, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand braucht man gute 20 Minuten . Wir haben sehr schöne Woche gehabt und jeden Tag Erholung auf dem Terrasse.Nochmal Dankeschön 😊👍👍

Maria nous à très bien accueilli malgré la barrière de la langue et a été très réactive tout au long du séjour. Le lieu est agréable et fidèle aux photos. Nous recommandons.

Kan varmt anbefale Annas dejlige hus i meget smukke omgivelser. Perfekt som et roligt afbræk i storbyferien. Familien er sød, og vi følte os hurtigt hjemme. Værelset matchede beskrivelsen, og der var god plads og højt til loftet.

Fantastic hosts - very responsive and helpful. Great apartment - super clean and the bathroom was so great. Air con could have been a bit more powerful but it didn't take from the experience at all

Had an outstanding stay in a great location. Eduardo did an excellent job in supplying his apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived. Would absolutely recommend to any traveller looking to stay in the Barcelona area. Always helps to be steps from the beach and hundreds of potential options to eat!! 5/5

Un logement parfait pour notre séjour à Barcelone ! Certes, il est (un peu) excentré du centre mais avec le tram on n'a pas l'impression d'aller en banlieue. L'appartement est propre et calme et c'est un bonheur de le retrouver le soir après une journée fatigante. Le contact avec Claudia a été particulièrement amical et réactif. Merci car cela a participé à la réussite de ce séjour.

L'appartement est très propre, très bien situé par rapport à la plage et la communication était parfaite. À noter la présence de nombreux ventilateurs mais cela n'a pas entièrement compensé l'absence d'air conditionné qui aurait été le bienvenue sous cette forte chaleur estivale. Je réserverai à nouveau lorsqu'il fera moins chaud :) Je recommande vivement ce logement globalement, nous avons été accueilli avec un petit déjeuner, du lait, du jus de fruits et de l'eau fraîche, merci encore.

I booked Rocio's Apartment late in the evening and at extremely short notice. Rocio was quick to respond and very helpful with helping me find my way. The apartment is stunning and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipt with everything you need, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom exceptional, and the lounge was relaxing. The outdoor terrace is magnificent, with lounges, a table setting and a large amount of space along with a large umbrella for shade. And there is a lift to the top floor. If you come across this apartment when in Barcelona, look no further..... this is the apartment to stay in. Thank you Rocio for being a super fabulous host.

Had the best time. Stayed there for Primavera. Ivan left the keys for us at a local bar so we could have flexible check in and the woman at the bar was so nice. We ate there multiple times. Grocery store, tram and beach all right in the area. The beds and accommodation is nothing fancy but there are fans,ac and all the things you need for a great stay.

We had a great stay here, super easy check in/out and convenient location! Lovely place for exploring Barcelona:)

Wir waren zu fünft als Freunde für eine Woche bei Ana Maria. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke perfekt, es gab alles was wir für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Das Viertel Poblenou ist echt super, nah zum Strand, schnell mit der Metro in der Innenstadt und es gibt gute Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Ana Maria war sehr gut und sie war super freundlich. Gerne wieder!

I can't even describe how amazing Christine and her husband are. They were incredibly accomodating , helpful and kind. Their home exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, starting with the location (very close to the train station)close to the city centre by train, 20 minutes drive from the Circuit de Barcelona. The home was very spacious, very clean and well organized. Every room was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the swimming pool. The cherry on the cake was the fresh breakfast prepared by Christine every morning. Nothing was a problem.Even though I never booked Airbnb with the owners living in the same property ,this was one of my favourite stays🙂🇪🇸

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The location is great—very central and close to everything, which made getting around easy. The host was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the decent breakfast provided each day. My only suggestion is that the apartment itself is a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which could use some renovation. But overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable place to stay.

We needed a place to stay for the night and this was great! Clean, good temp control, quiet at night but lively during the day, and the hosts were so responsive and great with check-in. Thanks for a great stay!

For me everything at petit is out of this world, this is my second time returning and I will continue to do so for the rest of my life, everything here is perfect, the rooms, the locations, the views, the people. I’ll be coming back here forever. Love u Yousef xxx

We stayed Tuesday to Saturday. A 25 minute train ride to lots of interesting sights in Barcelona. Train station and bus stops are right in front. The room is small but very comfortable. The terrace was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby . The room was stocked with snacks, water and juice. There is a pod coffee maker with a good selection of pods, a tiny fridge, electric kettle and tea. Jose and his partner are very helpful and accommodating - checking in via the app and respecting our privacy. Response time was incredibly fast if we needed anything. I would recommend Jose’s place for anyone wanting a less touristic experience.

We had an amazing stay with Marianela, Nacho and their little pup Nala! The place was very clean and the private toilet and living room was really appreciated, we felt right at home! Both Marianela and Nacho were extremely friendly and helpful, they offered us their personal bikes when we could not find a bike hire shop open nearby, they allowed us some flexibility with check out times as we were facing some personal issues and also very kindly gave us a lift into the city when they were heading out too. Overall, we can’t recommend the hosts and airbnb enough! Thank you Marianela and Nacho for being so understanding and helpful and making our visit much more comfortable. Sending love to Nala🫶🏽

Eduardo es una persona muy amable y de diálogo muy interesante la comunicación fue excelente . Muy bueno el desayuno con mermelada que él mismo prepara . El complejo tiene pileta de natación que me vino muy bien y usé todos los días . Lo recomiendo ampliamente . Gracias Eduardo por todas tus atenciones
