Görkan’s house was an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including ample cutlery, plates, and a set of pots that looked brand new. The spacious layout made us feel right at home, and the peaceful surroundings ensured quiet nights. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout our stay. Görkan’s team was attentive and responsive, providing helpful support from check-in to check-out and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Serik and would gladly return.

Ideal for big families. The only disadvantage was the unheated pool, but it’s only applicable for late autumn, when we stayed.

We had a great time at the villa. The strongest capability of the place is privacy and security. Our stay was nicely organized . So we could fully concentrate on spending time together. The entire house with a private pool was fully arranged for our group. In addition to that, the team organized a vehicle with a professional driver available during the entire stay. We could reach all surrounding beaches, cities, shops and other locations. In case of any issues or questions, the team was open to resolve it. Regarding the consumption fee. Please double check all the details with the host in advance. The process was fully transparent for us. I totally recommend the place. It is fully suitable for families with children. Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

The place was great and also matched as shown in pictures. It was clean and we had all the privacy. The only minus point I personally found that there were less good restaurants in the area and especially Belek restaurants were mainly aimed at tourists and not to eat.

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Firat is a great host, the apartment was spacious and very clean, equipped with all the cooking equipment (oven, microwave, stove, etc.) and laundry, there were also beach towels. The host helped us with the airport transfer and to the airport, and we had a constant contact through the app. Apartment very close to the sea, close to private beaches where we rented sun loungers. Wonderful stay. I recommend staying in an apartment at Firata, this is our best vacation in Turkey so far. thank you :)

Very good accommodation, recommend for a family stay, very quiet at night and yet close to all the restaurants and shops, definitely would stay there again.

Everything was great, it was really clean, I went very uneasy, but it was better than I expected at this price, and the location was very nice

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! M&M's is hard to find at night, so they came and found us! If you'e in the square with the hardware store and statue on your LEFT, go about 200 yards - you'll need a car - on the right there's a house with a roof like an inverted V. Drive up that road until you get to an arch just to the right. That's it. But, M&M came to guide us as we arrived late. The accommodation was PERFECT. A good sized room with an excellent balcony looking down into the valley. couldn't ask for better. There was a fridge and a small cooker, so we had everything we needed and we spent hours of the day by the pool. It's not heated, but when it's 36 degrees under the sun, it doesn't need to be. The garden, with orange & lemon trees, roses, hibiscus, banana, pomegranate and a date palm, was wonderful. M&M directed us to beaches and restaurants and were, I think, the best hosts we've ever had. We absolutely loved the peace, solitude, beauty and relaxation in abundance. Definitely recommend.

Kerim was responsive and helpful with everything during our stay. The villa is well equipped and clean. The location is good and safe. It is suitable for big family staying.

It was a holiday we decided at the last moment and left. We were greeted by a much nicer house than we saw in the photos, and we even weren't sure if we were in the right place. The house is spacious and tidy. Most of what needs to be found in a house has been considered. There is a very nice and decent environment in the compound. The host welcomed us very well. We felt very comfortable and at home. When there was a problem, they were very resolute. The night lighting of the tennis court was not working, hopefully that will be fixed. I also recommend taking care when driving a click of the cranes on the roads inside the site. Other than that, it's a stay you'll never regret.

The house is beautifully designed, just like in the photos. The pool is quite sufficient. The house was very clean. Very nice location, calm place. The number of plates was very small, but Mr. Kerim solved the problem instantly. Thank you so much

Kerim was very helpful - when we arrived he guided us to his place and explained a few practical things to start us off. The place felt better than described and we settled in quickly. It was hot, but the air-con worked well in all rooms. Kitchen was good, with all amenities including a water cooler delivering ice cold water - excellent. Pool was super clean and water was at a great temperature. An added bonus was access to another large swimming pool just 1 minute walk away - great for getting in the lengths to burn calories after great food at nearby restaurants! Kerim set up "messaging" for us to ask for anything and he was very responsive - eg finding us a corkscrew and delivering water for the cooler. He also sent links to local amenities which was helpful. Checkout was seamless and payment for water and electricity was easy and fair pricing (approx £50 for the week) Overall - a very relaxing stay - highly recommended!
