We felt very comfortable. The accommodation looked like the photos and was very clean. Lizette had described everything well, so check-in and check-out were very easy. She was always easy to reach and there were maps and tips for staying on Styrsö in the accommodation. The island is quiet and beautiful. Thanks to the bicycles, we were able to explore it well. We will be back!

We can say a lot of things, but you should go and see for yourself this place very close to nature and quiet. The location of this house and the nature that surrounds it are wonderful, the equipment in the accommodation is perfect. As for David, very responsive, available and warm.

Very pleasant flat above garage, child friendly. Lovely island where it felt like time stood still. Close to large supermarket. Pleasant hosts who gave us privacy, yet were responsive to our questions and queries for recommendations. Would like to return another time!

The apartment was better than I expected. Generous spaces and cozy balcony. The location is quiet despite close to other houses and street. Nice reception by the host. And good weather 😃

We visited Hönö for 2 nights and were very fond of Magdalena's loft. Close to everything in Klåva on the island, restaurants and lovely nature and quiet surroundings. Hönö is a good distance from Gothenburg and the ferry often goes so we took the car to town on the second day for a few hours. Simple and smooth. We are very pleased!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in the last 10 years. The home is beautifully designed, every room is comfortable with great character. The location is perfect for a short break as it’s easy to get around and a short walk or golf cart ride from the ferry. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive, and kindly loaned us the golf cart for our stay. We loved our visit to Styrso and hope to come back in the summertime.

We have had an absolutely fantastic week in Per and Annika's lovely house. A big and elegant house in a very beautiful place. If you book, just enjoy yourself. The house and garden have many zones to play in, so you can both gather or find a hook for yourself. The icing on the cake is, of course, the pool, which was used throughout the day. The garden is undisturbed and it is not noticeable that there are neighbors. Recommend a visit both to Restaurant Pir in Kullavik and Blomstermåla in Särö. The convenience store has very good selection and is up late. We really recommend this house and the communication with Per has been completely smooth.

Very cozy cottage with a great location So nice by the cliffs and lovely with a sauna and hot tub. We didn't have good weather, but it was great that it was there! Everything was appreciated by both big and small! Comfortable beds, everything you needed was there Nice and good hosts We'll probably be back! And we strongly recommend this :)

Peder's house is an unusual house, very nice where you feel very comfortable, the view of the sea is a dream, and the wellness offer is really fun. We had a great time here & Peder gave us nice recommendations for visiting the area & Gothenburg!

Absolutely great place to rent! We were 2 families with children and we had a great time here! The pool was right for the little ones. Anders was accommodating and responded quickly if anything during the stay. Would love to come back here!

Nils & Susanna’s place is a gem. From the beautiful marina location to the incredible house. Our friends and I really enjoyed the house’s ammenities and the fabulous kitchen. Not to mention the firewood hot tub and the chicken coop. This is also only 15 minutes away from the Gothenburg city centre, incredibly. They were great hosts all around.

We spent a relaxing week as a family of five in Maria’s home situated in a place of outstanding natural beauty. Her beautiful home is equipped with all possible amenities and very comfortable, with breathtaking views over the sea and neighbouring islands. Knippla is a very beautiful small island, our favourite swimming place on the rocks with jetty and tower is about 10 minutes by foot. Knippla is also a great base to excursions into the Göteborg archipelago. For instance, we enjoyed very much taking the (cost free) ferry a couple of times to visit neighbouring Hyppeln with its nice sandy beach - and Rörö with its beautiful natural reserve and great locally made ice cream. Maria has been a very thoughtful and active host.

We spent three wonderful weeks on Asperö. Life on the car-free island was very decelerating. Thanks to the small grocery store, we didn't have to go far to shop for everyday life. We also drove to Gothenburg a few times. In an hour, you can be in the center of this great city by public transport. Sandra is a very warm hostess, she made sure we were really comfortable. We could always reach out to her or her family. We have very good memories of the island days, we will be happy to come back.

Large and lovely house. Accommodates 2 families. A few minutes walk to a nice little bathing place and lovely beaches a little further away. Nice and clean. Lots of raw materials for free use in the kitchen area. Huge terrace with a lot of room to eat and sunbathe. Only downside was that there was only one shower - but for our families it wasn't a big problem. A really good place if you are more people traveling together.

It was an indescribable week that we were able to experience in Christian's house. From the first minute, we felt warmly received and welcome - like a second home. The excursions we were allowed to make remain in our best memory. We will miss the nature, the sea, the air and this indescribable tranquility until next time. Johanna's wonderful little house right by the sea is truly an archipelago dream. As described, it is on the quiet and somewhat 'adventurous' side of the island - if you are looking for a quiet place, this is the place. The houses are probably a little older, but very lovingly and nicely decorated. Johanna is very nice, was always available and gave us an overview of the island. We really enjoyed the days.

I was looking for peace, relaxation, and amazing scenery-and I got it all and more. I expected the house to be small but good, but it was more than just good. The photos make it look small, but for us, a family of four, it was just perfect. The lake, the jetty, the water, the walks – everything is sumptuous and shows Sweden at its best. Delicious food in the city, and despite living what feels like far away, everything is close by. I can't stress enough how incredible a setting has been created here. If there were more stars to give, the sweetest owners should have a star each. We have used Airbnb for many years and have never done so much for us to feel welcome, private and at home. Love flows out of them, and you leave with a clear desire to come back-and wonder what your life would have looked like if you had grown up right there and with those people in your life.
