The host Roxy and Edwin gets 5 stars on their hospitality. They helped us with all the information of Zermatt and even helped us carry our bags from the train station to the hotel. Our stay at zermatt at the chalet has exceeded our expectations. The facilities and the locations are just top notch and very accessible to all the important locations. Our terrace has the view of matterhorn. Words can't describe how beautiful the chalet is. It was indeed a top tier world class experience. Highly recommended.

숙소 덕에 베른에서 너무 행복한 시간 보냈어요! 숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 특히 한국인들에게 강추입니다 (식기, 침구, 방 등 이렇게 깨끗할 수 있나 싶을 정도!) 엘베가 없지만 짐 들고 올라갈만 했어요! 호스트인 라파엘이 직접 체크인 체크아웃을 도와주셨는데 진짜 엄청 친절하셔요😁 바로 근처에 마트가 있어서 편리하구 렌트카 여행인데 주차도 엄청 편했어요 Super friendly, super clean bnb; Absolutely one of the best experiences to recommend to others!
