Kwaku was extremely helpful from the moment we booked. Great communication and was very understanding when our flight was cancelled and we arrived late. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this apartment.

This is my 3rd stay at Sebsatians and as usual they are fantastic hosts. I love Kwabenya for the peace and quiet and the saftey, but also close enough to the city to enjoy the Vibrant life of Accra on offer. This is a great place to rent for either a family or a couple, the place is highly safe and private. The pool area is fantastic and the roof terrace is great too, had many a great BBQ on the roof terrace with friends and family visiting. If your looking for a great family vacation, or just time away with a loved one, you can not go wrong with these hosts, the wifi is great for work as well.

We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay. Place matched exactly the photos and description. Quiet neighborhood, close to ACC airport, malls, restaurants and other places of interest. Hosts were great with proactive and timely communication. Maintenace and security staff were responsive and pleasant also.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Mama’s place. The room was cozy, clean, and exactly as described perfect for a relaxing trip. Mama was a warm and welcoming host who made sure everything was in place. The kitchen was well-equipped, especially for breakfast needs, and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything was just on point. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and homely stay in Accra. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town!

Isaac is a great host and has a unique personality! How he’s taken time to make his guests feel comfortable is something else! He’s very responsive and oh, I love the spotless kitchen and bathroom and the attention to details, especially the decor and furniture works! And oh, the chargers beside the beds, that’s impressive!!!

My family and I stayed in this luxury apartment for more than three weeks. Staying in this place was one of the best decisions we made during our time in Accra. The place was very clean, management was great, the area was peaceful and the apartment was easily located. It was a great feeling to know that luxury could be located in the kasoa area. Initially, we booked the place for two days due to uncertainty of some of the apartments in Accra. We hurriedly extended our stay because October apartment took us by surprise. The spacious and cozy bedrooms, the luxury couches, and the beautiful and pristine kitchen made our stay great. October apartment will be my go to place when ever I’m in Ghana and looking for a place to stay. I almost forgot to mention of the beautiful pool and also the basketball hoop that made life easier for my wife and I because our children enjoyed playing basketball. I’m truly glad to have found this place on Airbnb

Alice was the best host you can wish for. She helped us to get around and, was super helpful and the apartment is a blast.

Staying at Danny's place was superb, as far as the building itself, and the unit, also the location. You are maybe 7 to 12 minutes from the Kotoka airport, depending on time of day. Using Bolt as transportation, cars are typically in the neighborhood any time of the day, waiting just 2 to 5 minutes for driver to arrive.

A very modern, clean and welcoming unit (literally a home away from home)! Both host Linda and Kofi were on cue every time checking on our welfare and responsive to all our inquiries. The unit is accessible to food outlets and transportation. Definitely our first choice for accommodation when visiting Accra again.

We felt very comfortable & at home. The guest services provided by the staff was exceptional. Marvin was always available to assist with our needs & ensured our safety was a priority. We will continue to refer the listing to my friends and family.

You will get best value for money to stay safe with peace of mind.
