The house consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and is located in a quiet place 100 meters from the lake, access to the lake by asphalt road about 300 meters - about 7 min. on foot. A lake with a small deck and a carport, a tiny intimate beach. A fenced area, a covered barbecue area,a children's house, a fire pit plus wood , a trampoline, a swing. A wifi speed of about 20Mbps,due to the proximity of the lake, there is a poor range. TV basic channels.

Guests have access to a parking lot on the property,Wi-Fi,bicycles,marina ,boat ,kayak. I have been visiting this area for 25 years,I love it for silence,clean air and beautiful landscapes.
