Holiday rentals with a patio in Gjirokastër County

The hosts were very friendly and the communication was easy although they do not speak English. You have your own area (room, bathroom), but there are 2 more huts right next to it.

Very spacious apartment, could easily stay there for weeks/months. Has everything you need. Great location, close to beaches and a short walk to the main centre. Easy check in and great communication with host

Alba was so helpful, I made a mistake in length of booking that I didn't discover until night before check-out. Alba extended our stay, with great communication fairly late at night. She went the extra mile. I highly recommend Alba and the property she manages. 5 star !!

most beautiful sea views

Spacious and bright apartment, with well-stocked kitchen. The whole apartment was super clean and fresh. Lovely balcony with outdoor setting to relax on. Close enough to walk to a couple of nice beaches. Handy off-street parking was great. Arilda was very easy to communicate with. The only strange thing we found was in the bathroom there was only one small lamp on the mirror (no ceiling light), so it was quite dark in there after the sun had set. Still highly recommend this place :)

Marcus was a very responsive host during and before our stay. check in was extremely easy and well communicated to us. the apartment is very bright clean and spacious and the balcony is big. the view from the balcony is STUNNING. The location is amazing plenty of bars and restaurants as soon as you walk outside and only a 15 minute walk into the very centre. the kitchen and whole apartment really is well equipped with everything you could need. Would recommend 100%

We loved the apartment! It was a wonderful, unique, and quiet stay. If you are looking for an authentic experience in Himare, far away from the crowded tourist areas, then this location is perfect for you. Our highlight was the cozy terrace. Konstantinas parents were really kind and offered us free raki, delicious kumquats and apricots - thank you so much for making our stay incredible :)

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

Great hosts really communicative and kind, they were reallly understanding and helpful about one of us accidentally breaking something at the house. They also had great suggestions of places to go to and people to rent cars from. They seem like amazing people and the property was stunning :)

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us the surroundings. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the owner's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are excellent conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by the morning we didn't feel like guests, but their relatives! Although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, the silence of the village night and roosters in the morning - everything came together in a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

Location far from the nightlife, so great for those who want to rest in the evening without being surrounded by the noise. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles, raki, Turkish coffee and watermelon. Super nice and helpful owners, we'll be back :)

My family of 7 had a very comfortable stay. We loved the water front and the easy access to the water. We will recommend to family and friends to stay in this beautiful location. We like that it was more private and out of the main city but close enough to drive to all the sites. Super friendly staff at the bar, very helpful and informative. ❤️

Very nice stay at this listing which was perfectly consistent with the photos and description. Well-equipped and very clean. The host is available and very responsive to messages . Also he was able to help us with various logistical information. The accommodation is located 13 min from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, nice asset. On a steep slope, it's best to have a nice physical condition. I obviously recommend this place for a stay in Sarande, whether with friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

One of the most welcoming hosts I’ve ever experienced, extremely polite, helpful and welcoming, this place genuinely felt like home ! If your from the UK i do 100% recommend to stay here as it’s local to all the best restaurants, beaches and has amazing views and it’s very affordable and worth every penny , If I ever come back to Albania i know where to come.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

This is a great condo in the best location in Borsh Beach. Everyone is very helpful and you have everything you need! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Borsh Beach.

We booked the stay after arriving at our original location which was very remote and not what was advertised. However after booking this apartment we were extremely happy, host was great and the apartment was perfect, comfortable, had everything you could need and the veranda had stunning views of some of the nicest sunsets we had ever seen. Perfect for us

Laureta’s apartment was really nice and modern! It was a nice location with a really nice beach near and a few nice restaurants at the bottom. Ksamil was only a 10 min drive. Laureta was very active with making sure we were okay and giving us so many ideas of what to do in Saranda, the communication was spot on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we had a great time :)
