Beachfront holiday rentals in Gjipe Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family with two children (a baby and a three year old) and Victorias place was great (note bedrooms are at either end of the house). San stef is a charming little bay with several restaurants and we loved the beach at Kerasia- a five minute drive away (also walkable). While it’s possible to swim in San stef, the water is not as clear with lots of boats. There are a lot of begging cats - one kept coming inside, and they tend to frequent the local bins so I’d suggest not feeding them! The apartment is larger than I expected with lots of outdoor space and we liked the ground level access which is shared by the upstairs neighbours. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and the shop next door was convenient. The apartment has useful extras like a beach umbrella beach and towels. Victoria was so helpful with organising us a taxi and even helping sort a doctor for our child. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend her place.

Une semaine parfaite en famille. Visites, randonnées, plage (même si l'eau est un peu fraiche début mai), restaurants et gastronomie locale (avons loué une voiture pour parcourir l'île). Nous avons profité au maximum. Georgia a été très bien, tant au niveau de la communication, l'accueil, ses recommandations et sa disponibilité. Séjour au calme à 50 m de la mer, la maison est charmante avec son grand jardin et ses équipements extérieurs. Intérieur confortable, literie parfaite, salle de bains idem. A part les petits déjeuners nous avons mangé un soir en terrasse sinon tout le temps en extérieur. Nous avons adoré !

Très beau logement, spacieux, propre et très bien situé. Efi est une hôte très agréable, souriante et disponible.

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elona's apartment in Green Coast, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Elona was a fantastic host, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the lovely outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the sunset. I highly recommend Elona's apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Unser Aufenthalt im Air Bnb war einfach großartig – von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute. Die Unterkunft selbst war gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die wundervolle Aussicht: Egal ob am Morgen beim Kaffee oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang – der Blick war jedes Mal aufs Neue atemberaubend und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Ein großes Lob möchten wir auch der Gastgeberin aussprechen. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden. Es war fast so, als würde man bei Freunden wohnen – eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Durch diese tolle Zeit haben wir nicht nur die Unterkunft, sondern auch Albanien in unser Herz geschlossen. Appartamento molto confortevole,la terrazza da una vista eccezionale sul mare ed essere all'ottavo piano ti fa dominare tutto.Posto accanto ad un Hotel cosi da essere ottimo riferimento anche per impostare navigatore auto. Ristoranti e market vicini ed Adeida sempre disponibile via messaggi. Ottima vacanza e punto di partenza per le spiagge del sud grazie ad una comoda strada. Vicino a punto di partenza per gita in barca assolutamente da fare.

Meine Partnerin und ich hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Süden / Saranda. Nicht nur die atemberaubend schöne Gegend (Städtchen, Meeresbuchten, Ruinen etc.), sondern auch dieses Appartement von Leo haben uns wohlfühlen lassen. Der Blick aufs Meer war jedes Mal Balsam für unsere Seelen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr usw.), liegt sehr zentral, der Vermieter hat direkt dort auch sein Büro und ein kleines Geschäft auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite und ist immer hilfsbereit. Das ist er wirklich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Schlüssel/Schloss und Leo hat uns sogar zu später Stunde geholfen. So eine liebe Seele. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Richtig gut und sehr wichtig dort. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We can not thank Georgios enough, the villa was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! We had an amazing time, Corfu was beautiful! We wouldn’t have been able to manage without a car and in our view it was a must! Gave us easy access to Corfu old town, where the pirate ship was a great hit with the children! Georgios was really helpful in recommendations of sandy beaches! Georgios was responsive, our needs were catered for and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt really well looked after! We would whole heartedly recommend the villa and Corfu! And we hope to return to visit the island again!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Lorik and Leart's beautiful place in Sarande. The views were stunning and the location was unbeatable--close to great restaurants, beach clubs and bakeries. It was also an easy drive to other tourist attractions like the Blue Eye and Ksamil. Definitely recommend!

Vi blev desværre forsinket på vej til Almas bolig. Men det var intet problem, Alma var der til at tage imod os. Hun er meget sød og utrolig venlig. Lejligheden var perfekt. Vi kunne gå ned til byen og stranden. Lille supermarked lige overfor lejligheden. Poolen var dejlig, den var saltvands pool. Ikke noget problem med solsenge. Vi manglede dog en skarpkniv i køkkenet og en brødrister. Men ellers var alt bare perfekt. Vi vil gerne besøg stedet igen

We struck gold with this accomodation. Great location, clean and ideal apartment for what we needed. We are a married couple with a 2yr old so we needed somewhere with 2 bedrooms, good amenities, ideal location next to the pool. Would highly recommend. Petraq was a fantastic host! Answered messages and queries very quickly. We want to come back next year. Recommend having a car as it can be a bit of a walk into town with a child. Recommend May as the weather was nice but not too hot and not too busy yet. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

Such a wonderful holiday. Great views. Perfect location. Fantastic host. Very comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Pool warm, sun beds comfy. Close to beaches. 100% brilliant.

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

My friends and I loved our stay here! The area and surrounding beach is beautiful and definitely has a resort feel. The place was very nice and well taken care of and the hosts were very responsive. Everything about staying here was easy. The only issue we had was with the jacuzzi, however the hosts were very responsive and accommodating in resolving this. Another thing to note is that the prices for food/ groceries is more expensive than other areas so best to do shopping further from the resort. Overall a great and relaxing stay though!

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

We were so lucky to find this special place to stay in Corfu. It was absolutely perfect for our holiday - in a stunning location with views of the sea, a lovely garden, and a short walk to a beautiful, pebble beach. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed and was very clean. Dinos and Connie were wonderful hosts - friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the company of their friendly dogs and cats! We hired a car to explore the island but there were plenty of good tavernas within a short walk of the accommodation, and also a bus service within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we decided to return to Corfu for a holiday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Dinos and Connie!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Ausblick aufs Meer und der Strand ist direkt erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist total nett und antwortet direkt. Mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen war wirklich toll. Was uns allerdings überrascht hat, war die steile Auffahrt zur Unterkunft. War kein Problem aber auf jeden Fall etwas, auf das man sich vielleicht im voraus einstellen sollte :)

We hebben met ons gezin met je jonge kinderen genoten van het verblijf in Vlorë. Een babybedje en kinderstoel was aanwezig. Het appartement was schoon en de auto kon gemakkelijk en gratis worden geparkeerd. Een bakker en supermarkt zijn vlakbij op loopafstand bereikbaar. Op de vraag of er speelgoed aanwezig was werd er een dag later een grote tas met speelgoed voor onze kinderen afgeleverd. Let op: naast het appartement is een bouwplaats, iedere dag om 7.00 uur wordt je daardoor gewekt. Voor ons was het geen probleem.

El apartamento es ideal, tal como aparece en las fotos y en la descripción. Cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Zona tranquila también a la hora de dormir. Vistas espectaculares desde la terraza donde puedes tirarte horas relajada viendo la bahía. Propietario muy atento y amable. Gracias por todo

Вообще мне тут понравилось. Из плюсов: - компактная, но удобная квартира. Для 1-2 человек идеально - отличный балкон. Вид на набережную и море. Супер - Собственная парковка - чёткие инструкции по самостоятельному заселению Что не понравилось - район шумный. Я это не учёл. Но при закрытых окнах тихо ! - в спальне нет штор затемнения. В итоге в 6:20 вас будет будить солнце в глаза и неважно что вам спать хочется)) В целом это хорошая квартира, стоит своих денег. Просто выбирайте под ваши цели ))
