The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

Well-maintained spacious beamed summerhouse from the 1970s with plenty of space and large grounds. Large south-facing terrace for sun lovers - but also a north-facing with somewhat more shade. 700 meters walking distance to fine child-friendly beach with fine sandy reef/round stone in the water edge. 500 meters to the zoo and Emmedsbo plantation, a varied forest locally with good nature content. Good opportunities for recreational fishing on the coast.
