Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nell’appartamento del Sig. Giancarlo, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nelle dolci colline teramane. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità, e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La vera protagonista di questa esperienza è stata senza dubbio la pace assoluta che si respira in questo luogo: il silenzio è interrotto solo dai suoni della natura, e ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e una vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax, lontano dal caos cittadino. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ideale anche per esplorare i dintorni, tra borghi caratteristici, percorsi naturalistici e la vicinanza al mare Adriatico. Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

Casa estremamente accogliente con ogni agevolazione. Fornita di tutto. Sabrina e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili, accoglienti e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema dovesse capitare. Il mare si raggiunge in auto in 15 minuti, ma la casa è a pochi minuti dal paese Ripatransone, un gioiellino. Grazie di tutto

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!
