Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. La Salute Luxury Apartment

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Wenn sich beim Blick von der Terrasse nach Westen die Silhouette der Euganeischen Hügel vor dem Abendrot abzeichnet, kommt einem die Frage in den Sinn, ob man je von Venedig so viel gesehen haben wird, um auch einmal dorthin zu reisen, wo früher die reichen Patrizier der Stadt die Sommerfrische genossen. Da ist der vormittägliche Lärm der Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung darunter längst vergessen. Severine hatte uns vor Anreise bereits vorgewarnt, Anne sich dann sofort nach Lärmbelästigungen erkundigt und als wir diese bejahten, stellten wir am nächsten Tag überrascht fest, dass uns Severine den Mietpreis für einen Tag zurückerstattet hatte. Solch proaktiv souveräne Gastgeber wüscht man sich überall!

Enchantées par ce séjour dépaysant, au calme dans un appartement très soigné. Nous sommes avec les italiens qui résident à la guidecca : marché, petits bars, mini supermarchés, et rues typiques magnifiques face à la tumultueuse Venise. L'accueil, dès la descente du vaporetto est très apprécié. Toujours disponible si besoin, Serena est de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement et je reviendrai. Merci enfin pour la surprise de fin de séjour, c'était très agréable. Un super séjour à renouveler Catherine, Marielle, Marie Line

Thank you Serena for picking us up from the station. She was super friendly and approachable. The apartment was spotless and had wonderful views. It was also in a very quiet corner and felt very local. There were also some delicious restaurants a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

The place looks even better than the pictures! The host was extremely helpful — we accidentally locked ourselves out (yes, a dumb moment), and he showed up within 30 minutes to let us back in. Thank you so much! The location is perfect: close enough to be right in the heart of the attractions with just a short crossing to the island across the canal, yet separated enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed to rest. Just a few steps from the vaporetto station, and surrounded by charming little restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, and various shops for anything we needed. Beautiful location, impeccable accommodations, and a gracious host. 100% recommended!
