Impeccable house, everything very organized and clean, very kind and helpful host. i recommend it to everyone.

The ap is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Although small is very comfortable, well airy, all new and extremely clean and organized, our stay was very comfortable. The location is phenomenal, close to the center, in a quiet neighborhood with night surveillance. Mr. João always very helpful, he answered us quickly and cordially, made our checkout more flexible according to our need. Surely if we are in SR in the future, we will once again stay with Mr. João. Thank you 🙏🏻

We stayed 03 nights out of 04 people at apt. 103. The building is new, very clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were quiet. The place is peaceful, we left our car on the building's freight and we didn't have any problems. The apartment is close to downtown. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. Mr. João Pedro was very kind and attentive from the beginning and always quickly answered my doubts. I will definitely go back to this location again.

Our stay at Mr. Arcadio in Santa Rosa (RS) was excellent! He was super helpful, quick to respond and friendly from the start, making us feel very welcome. We used the house mainly as a place to rest, and it perfectly met our needs — it had everything we needed. The location is a great differential, and the feeling was of being in a family home. We definitely recommend it!
