Personnel super gentil et agréable ! Emplacement calme avec la plage à deux minutes à pied où plusieurs tortues sont visibles ! Des vélos, équipements de snorkeling et petit déjeuner sur la plage font de cette adresse une des meilleures sur l’île !

My stay here was a highlight of my trip to Indonesia. The service staff and estate manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and all of our needs were met. The place itself is rustic and charming, perfect for myself and friends. I highly recommend the private bbq experience on the beach that they offer. The food they make is delicious and they take care of everything!

Great stay for the price! Location is perfect, the staff are awesome and the photos are accurate. We had a great time, looking forward to next time :)

We had a great stay! Julia, Tony and all staff members were super friendly and had great recommendations. The apartment was simple but had everything we needed and was in lovely grounds. We felt at home right away and didn’t want to leave. We didn’t realise the breakfast was included which was a bonus. It was a simple breakfast but done the job before our day of snorkelling (which is about 5 steps away from the hotel!). We liked that the hotel was on the opposite side of the island to the party bars, but it is definitely walkable. Would recommended this hotel!

after a long hike in Rinjani, being warmly welcomed in Little Elephant really did the magic! i felt like i was back home already. the place is so neat, the room is clean, and match perfectly to the description. would definitely go back and recommend everyone who’s going to gili to stay here. thank you!

Un séjour inoubliable ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé les pieds dans le sable, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La piscine face à l’océan est tout simplement magique, parfaite pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Le lit est très confortable, j’ai vraiment très bien dormi. Mention spéciale pour la superbe salle de bain, un vrai moment de bien-être. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique, un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée. Le patron et tout le staff sont adorables, attentionnés et toujours disponibles, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Accueil chaleureux, cadre paisible… tout était réuni pour des vacances parfaites. Merci pour cette belle expérience, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. While we usually book places with separate rooms for ourselves and our kids, this villa worked well for us. It is a bit older, but very charming and kept really clean - compliments to the team keeping house and garden tidy and neat tirelessly! While we didn’t have a ‘wow’ first impression, we soon realized that the location, well working amenities and simple, but tasteful decor and surroundings were much better than most of the other places we saw on the island. We especially loved the little terrace directly by the water where we were served very good breakfast by the superfriendly crew every morning. We enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the hotel (find a beautiful reef 30 m in!) and diving with the super professional dive shop right next door - so convenient! We were able to rent snorkeling gear and bikes ten meters away, but the place still felt calm. Special shout out to the very friendly, professional and helpful day to day manager Adi!

La nostra permanenza in questo hotel è stata molto positiva. Nonostante la prima notte avessimo dormito in una stanza non di nostro gradimento, in quanto sentivamo tutto ciò che facevano i clienti nella stanza di fronte (come russare o andare al bagno) in quanto fossero stanze comunicanti, il giorno dopo abbiamo esposto questa problematica alla reception e non hanno esitato nemmeno un minuto nel darci un’altra stanza, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Colazione abbondante, posizione molto comoda per il porto e per tutte le attrazioni e ristoranti/ locali dell’isola. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci ritorneremmo volentieri.

Schönes kleines Boutique-Hotel mit sehr gepflegter und liebevoll gestalteter Anlage. Direkter Zugang zum Strand mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück kann direkt am Meer genossen werden. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Location was excellent, less than a minute walk to the harbour for the ferry! Very close to all the bars and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and staff were very attentive!

Susi, Ade, Anwar and Jadim were all very helpful and the villa was everything we expected and more. It is an unusual villa as it offers a beautiful large garden area and private pool. We had fresh fruit dropped off every day. Very happy and we did not want for anything during our stay. Ade and Anwar were able to arrange snorkelling boats and scooters for our stay. We would definitely return to Buntung Villa, but next time we would fly into Lombok as the Eka Jaya fast boat trip from Padang Bai on Bali, although the largest fastboat from Bali, was a bit too long for us and chaotic on the return while waiting for bags. Overall though, a lovely stay on the beautiful Gili Air island! Thank you Susi and Gili Air/ Lombok people.

Hotel muy muy limpio pasan hasta la aspiradora, difícil de encontrar en indonesia, no le faltaba un detalle tiene hasta secador de pelo, aire acondicionado fresco aunque es verdad que no estaría de más hacerle un mantenimiento, mucho ruido y no enfría mucho. Personal muy amable en especial Maya y el hombre de los desayunos encantador, desayuno incluido con todo lo necesario incluso napolinatanas de chocolate las amamos, te ayudan a subir maletas,3 min andando del puerto y muy bien comunicados, podéis ir cn la maleta sin coger coche de caballos.Piscina limpia y preparada nada que ver cn las reseñas que leímos, toallas para la playa en la recepción. Agua caliente y fría.Muy recomendable nuestra estancia fue increíble. Gracias a todo el equipo nos sentimos como en casa.

Endroit très sympa sur cette île, un peu éloigné des endroits festifs donc tout dépend ce que vous recherchez. Possibilité de louer des vélos à l’hôtel ou scooter électrique à proximité. Personnel très sympathique toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Concernant la chambre nous avions une forte odeur d’humidité (peut être que ça concernait que notre chambre) seul point négatif.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war super und das Personal ebenfalls. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass der Pool nicht genutzt werden konnte

Robinson House is an absolute gem. We stayed here to get ready for our wedding and the photo location opportunities are stunning. Very serene and waking up to see the sunrise from bed was so beautiful. Unfortunately we were so busy with our wedding guests, we really couldn't make the most of this unique property. We'll be back.

Fantastic villa. The team attending to us was absolutely fantastic and attended to our every need. They even helped with arranging our boat tour and also our transport back to mainland. The villa was beautiful, but to those who do not like bugs, there are many because only the room is fully indoors. All living areas are open concept so in the evenings, mosquitoes can appear even in common areas. Otherwise, the pool and all the facilities were fantastic.

All expectations exceeded. The pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely wonderful. Do make sure you ask the staff to make dinner, it was the tastiest and best value meal we had. Snorkelling was fantastic but make sure you go early to avoid the crowds at the statues. Loads of turtles just outside the houses, almost tripping over them in the water. We will be back! Only downside are the mosquitos, make sure you use loads of repellant and spray the rooms before bed

Joanna’s place is amazing, it was our second time there, amazing days, unforgettable cozy place, amazing kitchen and home feeling. Joanna is very kind and the staff in the villa are just all so amazing, they make you feel so good and so at home. The cleaning is very well done, with love and care. We can’t recommend enough. A perfect spot to enjoy the paradise. We will be Back soon.

The cottages are a short walk from lively Gili Air Harbor—take advantage of this to acquaint yourself of what awaits you at the island: convenience stores, atm machines, bike rental stalls, and lots of little shops selling island fare. A large pool fronts the property followed by a spacious reception area bordered by a row of rental-ready bikes. The welcoming staff eases you into the smooth check in process. The family cottage is large for four and the high-ceilinged second floor master’s bedroom was able to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. It also opens out to a bright and tree-lined balcony which we enjoyed using as a work station. The bathroom was as wide as the cottage and is open to the sky. It was clean but we had a bit of a problem with the clogged sink. Luckily there was a smaller sink beside it that we could use. Overall it was a tremendous experience. We had a great stay at Gili Air.

A five star experience. The host took care of us with delicious complimentary daily breakfast and organised two local bbq dinners at the villa’s private beach because we loved it so much that we had to do it again. The host was responsive and took care of our needs. Thank you to Maria, Aziz and the team.

Très belle semaine dans le complexe de villa Kuno . Villa superbe, ménage quotidien, équipe disponible. Je recommande fortement. Et du personnel très honnête ! Ma fille avait oublié son pendentif d’une certaine valeur sur la table de chevet. Ils sont venus après 1/2 heures à avoir quitté le logement nous le rapporter. Nous les remercions infiniment
