Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gianyar Regency

Wayan was so attentive and caring to our needs. The place was so clean and spacious, and modern. If anyone is looking for a comfortable place to stay, come here! Even when we needed rides, our host would bring us. Our experience here was great!

I like that area in Ubud. I stayed in one of the rooms with a terrace. I enjoyed the balcony and the lovely view while chilling, writing, or reading while it rains. The air conditioner helps a lot to stand the outside heat and to refresh. They are very kind and will help you with whatever you need. Thanks!

My stay at Putu’s place was amazing. The apartment is within a homestay and I felt part of his family. They were always watching out if I felt right. The place is silent, beautiful, clean, with all the essence of a local balinesse home. Pictures show a modest place while the stay is new, clean and spotless. I felt serene, welcome and priviledged. Ps. I tried to stay longer but it was booked :(

The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the food was really delicious, we really enjoyed our stay at the place.. and very close to alot of activities.. Nyoman was very helpful and friendly .. will come again ♥️♥️🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s perfectly located close to the center, yet peaceful and away from all the city noise. A couple of lovely cafés are just a short walk away. The house itself has a warm, welcoming vibe and is beautifully decorated with local art, everything feels carefully chosen and full of character. It truly felt like home. One of our favorite spots was the back terrace by the pool. We spent hours there, either chatting or simply watching dragonflies dance above the koi fish pond. It’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen?! Mie war immer gut erreichbar und antwortete immer schnell. Sie gab uns auch ein paar Tipps. Abholung am Flughafen erfolgte durch Githa, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann! Im Haus erwarteten uns Jero und Angga, freundliche und immer lächelnde Hausdamen. Sie kochten für uns Frühstück und auf unser Wunsch Abendessen - hervorragend! Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen um uns herum hat dazu beigetragen dass wir uns wie daheim fühlten. Das Haus an sich liegt an einem Hang mit dem Ausblick auf den Dschungel - kein Wort kann dieses Gefühl beschreiben! Die Dschungelgeräusche nachts sind genauso wie ich es mit vorstellte! Herrlich! Bis Ubud Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Githa oder ein anderer Fahrer stehen immer zur Verfügung. Sie haben auch Tipps und sind offen wenn man Fragen hat. Ich kann mich nur bei allen bedanken, dass Sie sich um uns so herzlich und liebevoll gekümmert haben! Terima kasih dan sampai jumpa lagi!

FANTASTIC! The villa was so big! And we got free a breakfast and a dessert after dinner! The food was so good! Really enjoyed my short vacation. Hope to comeback soon!

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This villa was beautiful and clean. The staff was so lovely. We stayed in this villa with our two young girls and the yard and pool was perfect. Very kid friendly.

This was our second time staying here. It’s fantastic to be able to use the resort restaurants etc but still have your own space. You can call a buggy to take you anywhere in the resort, which is really convenient. The best part is the pool! We spent hours in the pool everyday. The rooms are huge and spacious - bigger and nicer in real life than the photos. This is a great place to stay if you’re happy spending most of your time in the apartment and exploring the resort. It’s easy to get grab orders or use the kitchen to prepare food. The staff were responsive and helped us arrange a pool fence, cot for our little one etc. They also were quick to resolve any issues etc. Very friendly. We’d highly recommend this place for a lovely relaxing stay.

Glad to find bali duta apartment from the list. Great location close to the airport and kuta beach, malls, restaurants, banks, pharmacies. The apartment itself clean and comfortable. Recommend !!

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. I’ve travelled to over 35 countries in my life. Joe & his team are basically what you’d expect to find in a hotel. Very professional. I stayed in two of his villas for two months & every single problem or request I had, he and Enzo took care of right away. I asked for an office chair & desk: Delivered before arrival. Wifi wasn’t working very well in the second Villa: new modem installed that day by Enzo. Free airport pick-up/drop off too! The pool’s big & beautiful &, in this villa, is right in front of your place. There’s on-site staff all day & usually thru the night, + just an sms away, 24/7. The place is located right nearby a cool street w/lots to see, + the beach is like 10 minutes away on scooter. Joe & his team even helped me get a local scooter + w/visa services. When I first saw the Villa I was a little turned off by the purple color on the couch but once u’re inside it’s just fine. I’ll stay again in the future for sure! Thank you, Joe & Enzo!!

I don't say this lightly, but this is the best airbnb I've stayed at in my years of travel. Located in the center of a rice field, far enough away from the roads where traffic noise and pollution isn't a bother yet convenient with a short walk. The house is simple yet stunning, with a view of the rice fields right from your bed. Though it's located about ten minutes away by scooter from Ubud, with all the chaos and traffic jams left behind there. Breakfast was served with fruits that were from the neighbouring farms, always fresh and delicious. Pebi and her family were so welcoming, friendly and helpful during my stay and made sure that everything was taken care of. From making sure I arrive on the right street, to giving local suggestions and helping rent a scooter as well. I genuinely can't wait to stay here again, I want this to be more than a once in a lifetime experience.

this is the desa swan hotel and host is an agent. after booking i was told that there was no availability at the hotel and the host wanted me to cancel my booking. however he was able to secure a spot after what i css ask assume was a cancelled reservation by someone else. i did have to chase communication though. overall booking went through fine in the end. thanks.

Замечательная, тихая вилла. Прекрасно отражает Балийские традиции. Очень красивый вид . На вилле есть абсолютно все: от зубочисток до фена, потрясающая чуткая забота - такого я не видел еще нигде. Ежедневный завтрак в номер - это очень удобно. Вдали от суеты и шума . Есть аудиосистема для любимой музыки, которую можно слушать со своего телефона через блютуз. Очень отзывчивый персонал - все вопросы решали быстро. Мы всегда в путешествиях берем в аренду автомобиль , и здесь мы сделали так же. Он стоял на парковке ресепшена. С автомобилем мы чувствовали себя абсолютно свободно и комфортно и при желании быстро могли доехать до развлечений в Убуд или Куту. Рекомендую это жилье. Руслан и Лена.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ipian. The location was peaceful and the accommodations were top notch. Kadek, our staff member, was absolutely wonderful. We'd recommend staying here if you're looking to be close to Ubud but far enough to escape the bustle of the town itself.

Fijn verblijf midden in de rijstvelden net buiten het drukke ubud! Super mooi en groot zwembad uitkijkend over de rijstvelden. Grote kamers en grote ruimte. Keuze uit ontbijt met fruit wat heerlijk was. Vlak in de buurt van fijn restaurant om lekkere koffie te halen (cappuccino en zwarte koffie). Kleine supermarkt aan de overkant voor de nodige dingen. Host Rita gaf verschillende tips in de omgevenen made heeft gezorgd boor uitleg over omgeving. Fijn verblijft net buiten ubud, een aanrader als je vanuit je huis van de rijstvelden wilt genieten. Voor een paar euro met de taxi naar centrum ubud. Je kunt het lopen maar de weg is druk en smal.
