Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gia Viễn District

I do not have words to describe what an awesome experience Thuan’s property is. It’s a small homestay (if you don’t know what that is, look it up.). Run mainly by family. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, good A/C, and pool was delightful. Morning breakfasts were absolutely spot on. We walked in as guests, left as family. I absolutely recommend asking Thuan for his driver (his brother), in showing you the sights. Húu was a super friendly guy, very nice car, punctual, and probably was the best driver we have had in a foreign country. Also if you are lucky enough to have My along for excursions, she is a good translator, and knows the area well, and will get you through the crowds efficiently in the high tourist areas. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, but you do need a car or driver. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds impeccable. You can see the family takes great pride.

Un endroit idyllique pour profiter des nombreux sites alentour. La maison d'hôte est au calme, joliment décorée avec une piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Je recommande les petits plats de l'hôte qui est discrète et disponible. Elle m'a permis de passer un très bon moment avec sa famille. De nombreux services sont proposés : location de vélos et scooters, change, massages, réservation de bus, ... On m'a donné un plan et de nombreux conseils pour les visites. Le sourire et la gentillesse des hôtes sont un bonheur. Je recommande cette adorable famille. Je me suis sentie tellement bien que j'ai décidé de prolonger mon séjour. N'hésitez pas une seconde !

Hôte accueillant et flexible, petit déjeuner inclus et très bon! L'environnement est sympa et à proximité des activités sur Ninh Binh. Ils louent également des scooters sur place pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avons été très content de notre séjour ! Seul bémol : on a réservé une chambre avec vue sur bambou et on nous a finalement logé dans une chambre qui n'avait pas de vue.

What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!

Thanks for having us! We were welcomed by a lovely host and the rooms had a beautiful view over the fields and mountains. You also can rent scooters or bikes. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. One thing to mention: in our room we only had the main light with 200% brightness wich has the romantic atmosphere of an operation room. Otherwise it’s nearly perfect and a thing to look over :)

Nice little cosy hotel. Room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Bed was comfortable. All in all clean (not super-clean). Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. You can rent a bike for little money and explore the area. Restaurants in walking distance. Host are very nice. We liked it!

Jennifer and her husband went above and beyond for me helping me when I was injured and giving me a ride to the hospital and staying with me. I can’t thank them enough for their genuine good heartedness. They have a lovely home with the best breakfast and beautiful property. I will always remember Ninh Bình as a place of genuine caring people ❤️❤️

We had an incredible stay at the Lotus Field homestay. Duy was amazingly helpful and communication with him prior to arrival was fast and responsive. He helped us hire private transportation to and from the homestay (since Grab drivers don't usually go all the way to the property). The driver was wonderful, helping us to explore many locations and enjoy our time in Ninh Binh. The bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfortable!

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and had a great stay. We can recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you for the hospitality, the rich and delicious breakfast and the free bikes.

We had a great time during our stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay. The house is surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and  a vegetables garden. It feels like home and the family were super friendly, funny, very enthusiastic and always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Their English was very limited but we had a lot of fun using Google translate. We had a Vietnamese dinner with the family, 100K vnd pp, which was worth it. The food was delicious and it's like all you can eat. You also can specify your dietary requirements in advance. The breakfast was provided and simple but delicious. Hung, our host, wasn't there but the family welcomed us and you also can communicate with Hung through airbnb and he responded immediately. The room was comfortable and looked new. You can use the family kitchen on the ground floor. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition.

Nous sommes arrivés très tôt via un bus de nuit et malgré le fait que le Check in se faisait qu’à partir de 14h nous avons pu laisser nos affaires dès 11h dans notre chambre, et en attendant nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Les hôtesses parlent bien anglais, ce qui nous a facilité les échanges, notre chambre était propre et avait une salle de bain privative, possibilité de louer des vélos à la journée. Logement très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé et calme. Le petit plus : une bouteille d’eau fraîche offerte par personne en partant

Really nice place with a big space in the room and comfortable beds. It’s in a good location you can easily walk around tam coc to restaurants etc. We arrived extremely early in the morning and the kind family were nice enough to let us go into our room at that early hour for a small amount extra. Really kind people.

hôte d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours serviable , emplacement est en plein milieu route les activités, 1,5 km pour mua cave, 4 km pour tam coc fait avec les vélos mis a disposition gratuitement. la cuisine est super bonne avec des produits frais et très bien servi pour un bon prix. le seul petit point est le coq qui chante a 4h du matin pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger mais c'est la nature

nous avons été très bien accueillie mon copain et moi même. On a pu réserver un scooter rapidement ainsi que des vélos. la piscine est très grande est agréable. la chambre est paisible et spacieuse. Cependant la clim juste en face du lit n'est pas une très bonne idée. Sinon la communication a été très fluide, réactive et sympathique. La nourriture est également délicieuse ! Nous vous recommandons ce airbnb qui est assez proche de toutes les activités sans pour autant être bruyant

I originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 5 in total. Mike and his family are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed his sister’s breakfasts - very tasty! The room was large and pretty clean, AC/fan/fridge all worked perfectly. If you ride a scooter then the location is perfect, if you don’t (like me) then it could be a little inconvenient, although there are restaurants close by and you can walk a minute to the main road and take a grab taxi. The food is simple, home cooked stuff - with very generous portions and a fair price. Beer, water etc is also fairly priced. I was doing some online teaching during my stay, there is a small table in the room and the WiFi is fast, although there was one day we had a power cut and I had some issues with a couple of classes, so keep that in mind if you’re a ‘digital nomad’ / teacher. Overall, I’d like to thank Mike and his family for having me to stay and I would happily stay there again.

Nice and spacious rooms set in serene surroundings - hills, greenery and little ponds. the kind of place where you could just sit and watch the day go by,if that's your thing. Not far from Trang An boating pier and Hang Mua caves.

Home xinh xắn như trong ảnh và mô tả của chủ nhà. Chủ nhà dễ thương. Có điều hôm mình tới bé chủ ko có nhà, nước bị hết nên có chút bất tiện. Vấn đề này đã đc khắc phục sau đó. Nếu bạn cần 1 điểm yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi cùng gia đình và người thân thì đây cũng là điểm hợp lý. Từ đây đi sang Chùa Tam Chúc khoảng 30-40p lái xe.

Le Homestay est vraiment magnifique dans un cadre vraiment agréable dans la campagne. Un petit écrin de verdure, tout est vraiment parfait les hôtes sont très accueillants et toujours aux petits soins. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre et bien chaude avec le soleil. Il y a même une gentille chienne (Viii) et un petit chat (miumiu) adorables tous les deux. On a passé un excellent séjour on recommande à fond ! Les chambres sont très bien, confortables et propres comme sur les photos.
