Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Gia Lâm

I am lucky to book your apartment for the ATVNCG concert. The biggest plus is that Mr. Tien is extremely enthusiastic, responds to messages quickly and also supports me to rent a motorbike urgently despite the notification quite close to the hour, I am very grateful to him! The check-in instructions are very clear with the photo. The apartment is clean, fully furnished, very comfortable stay. There are also many facilities under the building such as supermarkets, eateries so it is very convenient. If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely book here. Thank you, Mr. Tien!

Wonderful apartment in a brand new and luxury residential complex eco park. The best building of all that is nearby. Near it there is a lake, a park, illuminated beautiful locations for relaxing and walking. There are also vegan 2 cafes, one buffet, and another chic restaurant nearby. There are buses to Hanoi, +-30-40 minutes. The residential complex is very luxurious and much better than the capital itself. The apartment is new, modern, well planned.

Really had a great experience and the host was very helpful and responded immediately to all my messages. Check in process was easy. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. It was clean and I really liked the decor with lots of books, work desk, and artwork. I felt very comfortable staying and working from here. The building is in a quiet area. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy outside. The people here are very friendly. Lots of nice families playing on the playground outside in the evening. There is a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shopping about 1-2km across the lake. There are also a few restaurants and a movie theater just a short walk down a scenic path.

Home is the same as in the photo and description. Everything from the bed, chair to the bathroom is clean and fragrant. The hostess is also quite enthusiastic to answer guests' questions. The checkin instructions if possible in more detail will be 10 points. It ends up being home is worth exploring, I will definitely be back if I have a chance!

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

Great but about half an hour away from most places

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

Extremely proactive Host. Literally responds within minutes. Hang made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The Onsen next door was relaxing to say the least. Great neighborhood to enjoy evening walks and plenty of food options and marts just steps away. The room decor was very warm and snazy and above all very clean. We had a wonderful time and shall definitely repeat. Thanks again!
