Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

Came to spend a weekend with the family, the house was just perfect! The host was very welcoming and very responsive to requests. The house is perfect for relaxing with the family without neighbors opposite in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I recommend

We spent a few days with our three-year-old daughter in this little haven of peace and it did us the greatest good. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation and the beautiful setting with the heated pool! Our daughter had a lot of fun in the water and on the trampoline. We were able to visit Dinard and Saint-Malo. The small port of Evran is really adorable. We plan to come back here!

A perfect stay. We had a great stay with my wife in this apartment, everything was great, clean, equipped, confirmed the description and ideally located. Special mention for the host who was super nice, welcoming. I recommend it 100% and I will not hesitate to come back.

I find Typhaine's accommodation remarkable. Tastefully furnished in terms of decor. It's also very functional. We can leave the door open to nature and calm. Naturally cool inside thanks to very thick walls and made the old-fashioned way! No need for air conditioning when it's very hot outside! My work requires me to travel often, I will be happy to stay there again!

Excellent welcome from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds are spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. The old and the modern are mixed in a relaxing and pleasant setting where life is good.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
