The house was just awesome, just like in the photos! The surroundings are beautiful and offer numerous excursion possibilities, also ideal for families with children. At the same time, you will find a lot of peace and relaxation there. Pool, whirlpool and sauna were in top condition, as well as the kitchen, which is excellently equipped. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We stayed with our friends for the weekend. Combined we had 4 children. It was great for the kids playing outside and they had a great time. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

We were already in the accommodation a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with a lot of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant hostess. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super happy and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The Bach was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet Lge to relax

The house was as described. The communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and game room were also very appealing for us. In the area you could do a lot of business, also here there was information in advance. Lots of options for sitting outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

We arrived by car, felt right at home after arrival and slept great. The area was pleasantly quiet, there were many attractions for children/families and great opportunities for food, coffee, cake and ice cream. The hosts were very warm and professional. We will be happy to come back.

We wanted absolute peace and a retreat just for us. We found all this in the beautiful forest edge house. It is really in a completely secluded location, the nearest houses are several hundred meters away. Rarely do people walk along a forest path about 100m next to the house, then you can sometimes hear human voices or horses and dogs, sometimes tractors drive or you can hear forest work. 90% to 95% of the time we spent there, however, it was really quiet and we could enjoy this wonderful peace that we longed for. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, very clean and you can feel right at home there. The furnishings are of very high quality overall and nothing is missing. We especially liked the tiled stove in the living room, which you can cuddle up to in the evening. The house has a wonderful view of the fields to the rear. It is an absolute dream house! We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. The presence of personal belongings makes this home feel like a "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make up for it. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. A must.

Everything has already been said about this accommodation: In my opinion, it is also a premium choice with regard to all important questions that play a role in a short break: location, appearance, cleanliness, equipment and the contact with Alex and Jan is of a quality that I would like to recommend and to which I would like to return again:) Thank you for a wonderful time in Sauerland!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The apartment/house is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a little more. Ruth is a very likeable, great hostess who has plenty of tips for activities and excursions. The contact with her was perfect. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The garden is a dream and perfect for our dogs, as it is completely fenced. So we and the dogs could enjoy every minute there. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to spending another vacation in this "perfect location".

A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Had a wonderful time in a comfortable stay. Too bad the electronic door handle gave it up the last night so we had to sit outside for an hour. However, the case has been resolved by a friendly neighbor and the owner. Too bad Quartierfreund could not be reached...

nice and cosy place for a "get away". it was equipped with everything i needed "for cooking, grilling, etc.". However, guests should note that linen and towels are not available, which was not a big deal for me. recommended

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

The place was in a very quiet place as expected and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. The property is on a steep path (ski facility) that leads to other places where it also goes up and down. The host was really always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation there and can only recommend the accommodation.

The "Linnehus" is a very cozy cottage and invites you to relax and enjoy. Experience nature, be active... everything is wonderfully cozy!

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

We had a wonderful weekend in Warburg, it was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways. Warburg is a very pretty town with an old town where the accommodation was located. We rented all three apartments in the beautiful half-timbered house to spend a weekend with our adult children. Everyone had their own area, but in the top apartment there was also the possibility to eat together at a large table and play in the evening. That was great. The apartments are very tastefully and modernly furnished, we didn't miss anything. David is a very courteous, patient and nice host who has not tired of answering my many questions in advance in a friendly manner. The surroundings of Warburg are also super beautiful, so absolutely worth a trip!!

Due to the smooth communication and the super nice house, we had a great time there. We will gladly come back anytime and we will definitely recommend it! Thank you! :)

We were 12 people for a weekend in the accommodation - it is a beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment! The check in and check out was extremely relaxed and hassle-free! The previous information was also understandable - it was a great stay with a great apartment. I'd love to come back :)
