Holiday rentals with beach access in George Town

Fantastic large apartment with all the amenities you need and a great pool.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Chee is a super friendly, responsive and helpful host. He provided us with everything we asked for. The place is cozy and comfortable. We didn’t regret to choose it!

Sarah was the nicest person I rented from on Airbnb for the past 7 years. She provided ideas and recommendations and was always responsive. She even offered us a full bag of fruits :) The place has everything you need to cook, sleep, shower and a enjoy the sea view. There is an amazing restaurant 2 min away that has delicious Indian food, and the beach view is amazing from inside the house. We definitelly recommend staying at Sarah’s house if you want to stay away from the crowded city and malls to just enjoy the nature of Penang and the nearby parks and farms. ❤️

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. Very good location where we can access to almost any places that we want to visit. You can also book Grab if you have young kids with you. The place cleanliness is decent and the host respond to my queries promptly. The only issue that we faced (which is beyond the host’s control) was the waiting time for lift was pretty long. Overall great experience!

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

reasonable price for a big group staycation

Overall clean and tidy. Washing machine provided and huge space for laundry. Carporch is big enough for 3 small cars.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. Convenient bathroom with 2 sink each of them. Complete kitchen utensils. Functioning well washing machine and dryer in a private laundry room just next to dining area. This is super convenient. Walking distance to beach. Near to Escape park. Super convenient.

Clean and nice place. Everything matched the photos. Jack is very responsive and friendly. He cares about the well-being of his tenants. Easy entry with the box provided and instructions given. Everything is at the bottom of the residence (bars, restaurants, supermarkets...)

great place with great host. Evelyn and Gary was very helpful and very understanding. the house complete with amenities for our family. (complete with washer and dryer). kidz love it and definitely feel like home. Especially view from balcony can see glimpse of sea side. Definitely will come again
