We had an absolutely amazing stay! Herman is an exceptional host, genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every day we enjoyed delicious food, lovingly prepared, and the place was kept spotless thanks to the incredible cleaning team. What really stood out was how involved the whole Cabana's crew was. They didn’t just host us, they made us feel at home. Herman went out of his way to suggest activities outside (like Ygen volcano hike on Java and menjangan islands tour) and even helped us organize them, making everything smooth and stress-free. Whether it was exploring the area or just relaxing at the property, every moment was special. We can't thank Herman and the team enough for the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. If you're lucky enough to book a stay here, you're in for a treat!

Awang and his family are incredibly hospitable and friendly. They helped to arrange a variety of cultural events, including meeting local craftsmen, visiting a local coffee shop, and enjoying an afternoon at Pantai Sante, where we joined rewilding sea turtles! You can absolutely enjoy the rich culture at Kemiren. Only a few things might concern the guests. 1. I was informed that the boiler was out of function by the time I arrived, so it was harsh for travellers who wanted to get a refreshing hot water shower. 2. There may be unexpected sounds in the late night or early mornings, though it really depends on daily sitaution.

Accommodation directly by the pool and beach. Had a very nice stay and friendly staff. Use of paddle boards is included for guests.

The service is the best here. Both at the reception for all concerns and also the staff in the restaurant. The staff were really the best we had in Bali so far. The food tastes great too 👍🏼 The only and unfortunately also the biggest drawback... the walls are, unfortunately, very thin everywhere and the doors made of wood... means to have a nap for lunch is difficult when doors pop 10 times and you can listen to the conversations of others. But there's Oropax for that.

I don’t even know how to properly give all the credits this place deserves Mi Casa is a lush green, fruit, garden and rice fields surrounded heaven next to a little creek. Everything is super clean, charming, calming, peaceful and beautiful while sound of the water is the perfect lullaby for a good night sleep. Rooms are well decorated and bathrooms are pretty big and clean! Erika and Marc are the best hosts you could ever wish for. They welcomed us and helped us literally with everything from transport, mt Ijen tour, health certificate and what to do in the area. We had many great talks and laughs about Indonesia, ecology, future, the world and more and we have learnt a lot! All that accompanied by their fluffiest cats :) Food is super delicious and you can arrange meal times according to your schedule + we always got extra fresh fruit. Mi Casa is a piece of paradise in the middle of jungle run by amazing people and it is even better than photos can represent. Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The villa is incredible, so nice to be mostly outdoors. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we felt right at home. It was great to have a full kitchen because we stayed for two weeks so it was useful not to rely solely on restaurants for every meal/snack. I would definitely book here again over other places in the area because of having access to a kitchen. Comfy bed, yoga mats provided for post-surf stretching, hammock, mosquito nets and repellent and good aircon for nights when it was too hot to have the doors open. Location is great, right on the entry to the surf break and such a good view from the balcony. Easy access also to cross the river at low tide and walk along the long stretch of beach to the north. Kadek and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Kadek went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home! We will miss you!

This was the perfect stay in Pulah Merah. Easy access to the beach and breakfast is great! I had a very relaxing stay and I highly recommend.

Very happy stay in Umma Bali. Made and his family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness. The setting is beautiful among the rice fields. Watch out for mosquitoes. The food is delicious, with the possibility of dining on site after a pre-order during the day. A catalogue of the various activities in the area is offered in the room. Made takes care of everything, just ask. We were able to pay everything by card at the end of the stay (big plus in this country where we pay a lot in cash). We recommend 100%.
