Townhouse in the middle of Ribe, 100 meters to the Cathedral. The home has 2 good bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, large cozy living room. In addition, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house has a large, lovely south-facing enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

Luxury apartment "Panorama"

The apartment PANORAMA has, as the name suggests, panoramic views over the entire Genner Bay. The apartment is decorated with a bright and delicious kitchen area with a large dining area. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a small media section TV and B&O system. In the bedroom you will find a lovely double bed from the European House of Beds. The special thing about PANORAMA is that you have ocean views from all rooms. There is direct access to a large roof terrace and the shared hot tub is just around the corner.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The bed is made and towels, etc. are ready, as are shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. The most basic kitchen items as well as coffee/tea are here, of course. Welcome :)

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The home was renovated in 2019 with underfloor heating, a new kitchen and bathroom with shower and wall-mounted toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen has a stove with a hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge and freezer. There is a private outdoor living room with table and chairs. With its own parking space. Please note! No smoking inside and in the living room. All smoking must take place outside.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø about 40 min. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited

Charming little apartment.

Guaranteed coziness in this small but unique and quiet home. Located in a quiet village. Very close to nature, beach and forest. Good fishing, cycling and hiking opportunities in the nearby area. Within driving distance between two major cities, but still with rural charm. The house, of which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now privately owned and with beautiful and special gardens.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Nice holiday home directly on the beach. It offers peace and quiet and a great view of the water. A house with one bedroom and adjacent annex with 2 bedrooms. 2 lovely terraces. One straight to the beach. The other hidden behind living fences - almost always shelter.
