Apartment holiday rentals in Gennadi

We had our very first holiday with our baby here, and it went wonderfully – thanks to the excellent location and the fully equipped apartment. Constantinos was very kind and always available, and he provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a little one – including a travel crib, high chair, and even a washing machine, which was a huge plus. The best sandy beaches are just a short drive away, and the apartment is a perfect base for exploring the whole island. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Constantinos’ lovely mother cooked us dinner on our last evening – such a kind gesture we’ll always remember. The only unexpected thing was the sound of the church bells – the beautiful village church is very close by, so you’ll definitely hear them in the morning and evening. But honestly, after a day or two, we got used to it. All in all, a really great stay – we would happily come back!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt und Evangelos war ein lieber zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Es war perfekt, vielen Dank !

Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld; sehr netter Empfang mit einem für die ersten Tage gefüllten Lebensmittel für ein Frühstück, einer Flasche Wein und Wasser. Der Mann von Maroulitsa hat uns die Koffer ins Appartement getragen; im Appartement ist alles vorhanden und der Ausblick von dem niedlichen Balkon auf das Meer ist zu jeder Tageszeit atemberaubend. Wir haben das Essen auf diesem Balkon genossen. Zwischendurch wurden wir von Maroulitsa auch mit einer großen halben Wassermelone überrascht, sehr nett! Die Lage ist exzellent und mit einem Mietwagen ist man schnell an allen Orten der Insel, aber auch die Busse an der Hauptstraße sind zuverlässig und sehr günstig. Am Tag der Abreise war Maroulitsa sehr flexibel und hat uns ein viel späteres Check Out ( 4 p.m.) gestattet und Maroulitsas Mann war wieder so freundlich, unsere Koffer aus der oberen Etage herunterzutragen. Alles in allem ein ganz toller Urlaub und die Unterkunft von M. können wir nur weiterempfehlen; vielen Dank dafür.

Michalis was the most friendly and approachable host we’ve ever had the joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble. He offered suggestions and advice on arrival, but was never pushy. We asked for food recommendations locally and he gave us 3 excellent choices. We ate at 2 of them and they were incredible. He helped us book a taxi and got it to come directly to us, and even advised a great place to park in Rodos. It’s clear his passion is the people he has stay with him, and he is naturally talented at it. The accommodation was gorgeous, along with a beautiful pool and daily cleaning checks. It is centrally located for the island, and really easy to get about. There’s even a super market right next door. 5 stars across the board

nice appartment, looks like the pictures, has airco and a private balcony. Near the beach and a few nice beach bars, car is recommended to explore the island further.

Konstantinos ist ein zuvorkommender und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit guten Tipps. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und es wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse über dem Service hinaus eingegangen. Wer eine zentral liegende, ruhige Wohnung sucht, ohne Komplikationen ist hier genau richtig! Vielen Dank nochmal für die sehr leckeren Früchte und die schöne Unterkunft 😄🍇

Tsampika is super nice and responded to questions very quickly. The surrounding area is a quiet development with ample parking and good bus connections. Shopping facilities were within walking distance. The apartment is as in the pictures and very clean. In addition, the most important things such as washing up liquid, salt, coffee etc. have been thought of. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a carefree stay.

We just spent the most pleasant time at Gennadi Sun Apartments! Marietta is more than a super host. She was very welcoming and provided us with helpful tips for places and restaurants to visit on the island! She was always available and checked often if we needed anything! We can highly recommend Marietta's place as a home away from home!

Loved our stay here! The view is amazing and the apartment is spacious and clean. Zizi who looks after the apartment was easy to get ahold of and even got toys for our 1 year old. The only con is that you definitely want a vehicle if staying here. Not very walkable. But if you have a car, I’d highly recommend.

The hosts were amazing! I highly recommend this place as well. It’s conveniently located in the heart of the old town, making it easily accessible to everything.

My daughter and I had a lovely few days in Lindos. The apartment is fabulous with an amazing view and the terrace is perfect. Full sun but shade is needed. The location is excellent with a very short walk to the beach and also into town. Kostas, who met us, was very friendly and informative and showed us the route into town. Lindos itself is beautiful, and the view from the acropolis amazing also. We can’t wait to return

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful but accessible part of the old town. The apartment was well equipped, large, extremely comfortable bed and an outside area which was shaded from the hot sun for many parts of the day. Michael was such a responsive and helpful host. He met us despite a late arriving flight and he arranged a port transfer for us on leaving. The perfect host and a perfect place for exploring the old town

Great house with great pool. Anything you will ever need in a great location. You will need a car for even go to buy gloveries. Quiet piecful and beauty full place. Great communication. Highly recommended.

A great little apartment walkable to everything. Very clean and just as described. You can walk to the beach and the old town easily within 10 minutes and not short of places to go in the surrounding area. Comfy bed, not too noisy. Perfect for a couple. The hosts were very friendly and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rhodes.

Tolles Apartment direkt am Strand Anthis kleines, moderenes Apartment liegt zwischen Rhodos und Lindos und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas nach hinten versetzt und man erreicht die Terrasse, welche man sich mit einem weiteren Apartment teilt, über einen etwa 10 Meter langen Flur. Wir konnten das anhand der Bilder nicht erkennen, was aber auch nicht weiter schlimm war. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befinden sich viele Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Woche bei Anthi verbracht und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Anthi ist eine tolle, herzliche Gastgeberin, die zu jeder Zeit erreichbar war.

Our stay at Palmeral luxury suites in Rhodes, Greece, was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Irene and Georgios hospitality was exceptional. They were incredibly proactive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The suite itself was absolutely stunning—immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It was clear that they put a lot of thought and care into making it a luxurious and relaxing space. Beyond the accommodation, Irene and Georgios went above and beyond to make our trip even better. They were incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations on things to do, see, and places to eat in Rhodes and help with getting around. They truly catered to our every need and were always available to offer guidance, even right up until our departure. Defo will be coming back to stay again!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν απλώς υπέροχη! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα όσα χρειάστηκα. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, διαθέσιμη και πολύ εξυπηρετική καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

très bel endroit, maisonnette propre et super bien placé en bord de Mer, on entends les vagues ! une famille réactive et aux petits soins ! merci et le spa un vrai bonus sur sa terrasse super agréable !

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen es war alles so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und konnte auch sehr gut Englisch als wir ankamen hat er uns auch direkt gesagt was es alles in der Umgebung gibt. Und er hat mir auch viele links geschickt wo man gut essen kann oder tolle Bars so wie Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und wurde Wasser/Bier/Wein/Soft Drinks und ein bisschen Obst zur Verfügung gestellt. (Kostenfrei)

We had a great stay at Georgios's apartment. Everything was as described, spotlessly clean and Georgios was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine but this was fixed within a couple of hours. The place is convenient for the local restaurants, bars and shops which is a 15 minute walk. The patio area is nice and private, great for sunbathing and using the hot tub without being overlooked. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and clean Apartment with a beautiful view on the ocean ! Super market, pharmacy and bakery are within 5min walking distance. Car is definitely recommended as the buses in this area are not reliable at all .. On the other Hand we can confirm that the Main Taxi Service of Rhodos is super organized and fast, even for non Greek speakers :) Many thanks to the FlyViewFlats Team, Thanos and Tasos are doing a Great Job and are always there to help. This place was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was more than we ever dreamed of. Absolutely beautiful with everything we needed.

Auch in der Stadt von Rhodos ist es von Vorteil, motorisiert unterwegs zu sein, egal wo man sich aufhält. Wir waren mit dem Gastgeber und auch mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Ja, man zahlt seinen Preis, aber ich wurde noch nirgendwo anders so gut beraten und empfangen. Bei Fragen ist Sebastian immer erreichbar oder schreibt sehr schnell zurück. Uns hat er sogar geholfen, ein Taxi für die Rückreise zu buchen, da wir um 3 Uhr morgens aus dem Haus mussten. Nur 1 Kritikpunkt. Der Whirlpool: Auf den Fotos sieht es so aus, als hätte man diesen ganz für sich allein, für ein wenig Zweisamkeit, aber dieser steht im Innenhof von Casa del Sol. Also wenn ein anderer Hotelgast nach hause kommt, wird dieser euch ganz bestimmt sehen. Man hat zwar die möglichkeit, Vorhänge rundherum zuzuziehen, aber durch den Wind bringen diese eher weniger etwas.

Schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Alle angegebenen Merkmale wie Seife, Handtücher, etc. erfüllt. Direkt an einem Kiesstrand. Zu Fuß viele Restaurants erreichbar. Landende Flugzeuge gut hörbar allerdings nicht weiter störend. Rhodos Altstadt in 10-15 Minuten im Auto erreichbar. Lindos in ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Endeffekt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage.
