Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Genil

While Granada itself was not our cup of tea, this stay was a beautiful oasis. It was perfect for our needs, and the views from the windows were incredible--especially at night.

If you want a place to stay that is authentic and in keeping with its surroundings then Andres’ home is the perfect place for you. The property is well situated in the Albaycín area, only minutes walk from several restaurants and the bus stops, and has a large terrace facing west where you can enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. The property has everything you need and for us was very comfortable. And Andres’ is an excellent host who is readily available to answer any questions. It took us about 32 minutes to walk to the Alhambra. We caught the 31/32 bus a few times back up the hill which is cheap, regular and much easier than walking up the hill when the temperature is 35+ degrees. It is 10 minutes walk to Mirador de San Nicolás and no hill to climb. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a visit to Grenada.

I loved this place so so much. Asuncion was one of the most kind and lovely hosts I’ve experienced. It was clear the little touches in the home were out of love and the location, the peace, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

We loved Guillermo’s little house. It was perfect for our visit to Grenada, a wonderfully peaceful place to go back to after lots of walking and sightseeing. Breakfast on the balcony watching the Swifts flying over the Alhambra was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s house. Excellent and quiet residential location walking distance to local sights, many local shops and restaurants including an excellent bakery and local market San Agustin selling fresh produce. We felt very much at home in this unique spacious clean house which, as described , is over several floors and well equipped. There are quite a few stairs but there is a lift up to the sitting room level. We used the roof top terrace / balcony (which is off one of the bedrooms) so much, such a bonus. Great views, a lovely quiet spot to relax or eat, beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The little touches added to our stay: the well-equipped kitchen including basic condiments so we could prepare meals, a useful printed guide of the area and suggestions, books and games and the lovely bottle of red wine left for us. Communication was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

Wow, this place was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. Would highly recommend it to anyone. We were just there with our family of 4, but could have accommodated another family. Beautiful tile, light, bathrooms, terrace, and great location.

To był niesamowity pobyt! Dom jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach albo i nawet piękniejszy. Przestronne wnętrze urządzone z miłością. Duży ogród i dwa tarasy. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, a w środku czekały na nas smakołyki przygotowane przez gospodarza. Carmen jest bardzo ciepłą przyjazną osobą. Pomogła nam ze wszystkim, pokazała dom i lokalne atrakcje. Najlepszy Airbnb! Polecam każdemu. Dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić walizki i odebrać je dopiero popołudniu! :)

Torcuato’s place was amazing. There were magnificent views from nearly all levels. There is so much attention to detail. There are a lot of stairs to climb. Close to all attractions. Torcuato gave us suggestions of places to eat & things to do. We would highly recommend Torcuato’s Airbnb.

A beautiful, cozy, and well-equipped apartment—perfect for exploring Granada. It's ideally located near the cathedral and countless tapas bars in the historic center. Great choice for a small family or two couples looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. We really liked the neighborhood and everything it had to offer. Our host was very helpful and gave us recommendations that really added to a great experience.

The apartment is very high spec. Location is great, near restaurants, bars and transport without being noisy or too busy. The terraces are special and the views terrific. The layout of the apartment is very good with plenty of room; good well equipped kitchen separate from the internal eating area but why eat inside when the terraces are so inviting? Bathroom absolutely fine. Paula was an excellent host - responsive, friendly and informative. The apartment is an excellent place for an extended stay to explore Granada. We intend to return and would unhesitatingly look to stay at Paula's apartment. Highly recommend!

We (2 adults + 1 2 year old child) stayed 2 nights at Raul’s place. It was a great spot to explore Granada. All the attractions are within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is very comfy and well furnished. Great communication with Raul! Gracias!

¡La Casa Colorá es preciosa! En realidad nos sentimos como en casa, no nos queríamos ir de allí, impecable a todo nivel, espacios lindos, libros hermosos, decoración, tranquilidad y mucha comodidad. Joaquín, su anfitrión es muy amable, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, instrucciones claras y sencillas, atención rápida y efectiva a cualquier pregunta. La ubicación es perfecta y queda cerca a todo. Lo recomiendo muchísimo, siempre que vuelva a Granada, volveré a este lugar. Gracias sinceras por hacer de nuestra estadía algo inolvidable.

Somos una familia de 3 personas y hemos estado muy cómodos en casa de Concha. Nos ha gustado mucho el barrio y los sitios cercanos, podíamos bajar andando al centro y subir en bus de vuelta.

Terrific communication with the hosts from the get-go and then also terrific "on the ground" service from Miriam who was responsible for getting someone to greet us and make sure all was well. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, from a fully-stocked kitchen to plenty of linens. It was perfect for our needs. Two things to note. This is right on Bib Rambla square, which means you have access to great restaurants, cafes and tapas bars; it also means that it is a bustling, lively spot so if you are very noise sensitive, this might not be your place. (We picked it for this reason but it might not work for everyone.) Also, American visitors might find the shower on the small size, but it is typical for many Spanish places. But there is plenty of hot water and a washer AND dryer (unusual in Spain). The location can't be beat for going to any part of the city.

The location of this lodging was well worth the effort of getting up and down the steep, winding roads of the Albacaín neighborhood. It felt a world away from the rest of Granada. The view from our balcony and the restaurant were phenomenal. Staff were very kind and knowledgeable. We appreciated the early check in, luggage storage, and help with taxis. We thoroughly enjoyed the penthouse balconies, pool, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and living spaces!

Ottimo appartamento, a pochi passi dalla fermata bus per l'Alhambra. C'è stato un inconveniente con l'aria condizionata, ma l'host ci ha aiutato immediatamente per risolvere il problema.

Javier's home was in an unbeatable location and super cozy. The patio overlooks a pretty fountain pool and has excellent views of the Nasrid Palace in Alhambra. Many great markets right next to the home. We would love to visit again!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft! Sie ist leicht zu finden und die Check-in Anweisung sind klar und leicht zu befolgen. Der Parkplatz ist sicher und groß. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls geräumig, sauber, gut gepflegt und bietet alles was man braucht. Ausstattung wie angegeben. Es gibt genug Handtücher und auch zusätzliche Decken, falls diese benötigt werden. Klimaanlage funktioniert super! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dank des Balkons ist unsere Wäsche in null Komma nichts getrocknet. Super WLAN. Zentrale Lage und für diese Lage sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin hat immer umgehend geantwortet. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!

The flat is great, just as described, and in an excellent location. The host is efficient, communicative and very accommodating and polite. Response time is quick and we were given plenty of useful suggestions. Recommended!

BEAUTIFUL home! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the space was — the private elevator / entrance was a fine touch — and the terraces (yes, multiple) were so lovely and beautiful views all around. Everything was clear and well-communicated. The location is perfect - super walkable and located near lots of great local restaurants / bars. Really good vibes. I wish this were my home!

We can’t speak highly enough about this apartment and our host, Frederico. Google maps took us on a wild goose chase, trying to get to the apartment and in the end, Frederico drove 20 minutes to find us and then allowed us to follow him back to the apartment in our hire car. The apartment itself is incredibly well appointed with a beautiful view and an unreal terrace with views of the Alhambra at night. The bathroom is huge and everything we needed was in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Frederico‘s map of Granada and areas surrounding the apartment was incredibly helpful. The apartment is walking distance from the Alhambra, although if you have mobility issues, you would perhaps want to catch a bus to the entrance and main ticket office. Granada is hilly. Being able to park under the apartment was a bonus for us as we had a car. There are supermarkets within walking distance and the kitchen Amenities are great. We recommend this to anyone wanting a great stay in Granada!
