We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The private pool was definitely the highlight for us, super clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. We stayed here to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and the host was so kind and supportive about it. We really appreciated the flexibility and warm hospitality, it made the experience even more special. The whole vibe was peaceful, the surroundings quiet, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Nica place to staycation with family, thankyou

Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

We stayed 5 nights at Oemah Larasati. From the beginning, the host had always been responsive. We requested for a day extension of our stay & very early morning luggages drop. And all went smoothly. The villa located near Gudeg Sagan. Many small shops around for some groceries. Enough parking lot for medium travel vehicle like Hi-Ace. The rooms, the beds & linens, air cons, TV, bathrooms, kitchen, the pool, all met our needs. Mas Tanto had been very very helpful with all our requests. We moved a lot around Jogja with our big teenagers team. After a long fun day, we went back to Oemah Larasati, the boys made quite some noise before some rest, yet it all went well 😆 So, thank you so much Oemah Larasati! Best wishes from us & hope we can come back to stay in Oemah Larasati again in our next trip to Jogja 🎉

W had a wonderful time at Ana's place. We went as a family, 6 adults and one 4 years old toddler. Felt like at home because the house has a super familiar vine. The pool was a key to be able to relax and disconnect durning our time there. I specially loved the efficiency of design of the house. It could perfectly feed up to 9 adults. We were grateful as well after seeing that they included some free goodies in the kitchen. Finally, it was great that our host was warm and supper flexible both at our arrival and leaving times. 5 stars, and definitely would repeat and recommend.

Nice villa to stay, so peaceful with best view

Villa Tepian Sawah is very beautiful. Overall, the accommodation is perfect, the cleanliness is good, and the swimming pool is also good. The staff is very friendly and communicative. I will come back to stay with my family again. Finally, highly recommend Villa Tepian Sawah. Thank you.

the place is good, enter the alley but it's still walkable. my son really likes to have a fish pond and chicken coop in front of the house. it might be a little annoying if you don't like the sound of chicken in the morning. to take a note too, the water heater is a gas model. it's a bit difficult to set the heat, it's not recommended to use it directly from the shower, but the owner has also provided a bucket to accommodate and mix with regular water. one more, the parking lot is really good for a car the size of an avanza , fit better for a smaller one than that, the size above is rich will be difficult to enter the parking. overall okay and comfortable to stay 5 days 4 nights 👌

The location was perfect, 5 mnts walk to ayom. Near from pasar kranggan and malioboro. They have stock plenty water for drink. the home was cozy and clean, Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Winarti's place. She provided a twice a week cleaner to come keep the place tidy. We had a little front porch where we could sit and have tea and enjoy the garden. The house was well-equipped and had enough AC minisplits to keep us cool, even during a heat wave. The house had plenty of hot water, and the shower was very good. The house is a town house in a gated community with a manned security gate. We were a short cab ride from everything. You can use Grab for cab rides, and it is very inexpensive and easy.

It's the third time I've stayed here. Recommended. Price, facilities, location and service. I'll be here again, if I go to Yogya.

If you want a private peaceful area but not far from the center of the city, this place is the best. Bring a family with baby or toddler you will got peace of mind knowing the area is far from traffic but also not “remote”. There are nice cafe next to it, owned by the same person. My favorite local dish: miedes. Delicious, unique, and you can’t find it anywhere outside south jogja.

super okay places just the lack is only in parking that is a bit high so it makes it difficult for cars to park because it's connected

Love to stay here. The host is very responsive and makes us easier to get to that place. The house is big enough with complete kitchen equipment. And if you want to stay longer don’t forget to ask about bath room stuff like towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. Overall I’m happy to stay in this place and probably will stay there again next time.

Miss Salma place is very nice, i stayed with my family for 2 days and we all like to stayed there. i will defendently recommed this place and if i come to jogja i will book this place again

Had a great stay at Daniell's place. Fast response and easy to communicate. Surprised with welcome packs including breakfast corner, fresh fruit and warm tea and cold drink when we arrived. The caretaker, Pak Muji, had already turned on the AC to beat Yogyakarta's hot weather. Fresh towels were provided with 5 🌟 hotel quality. The rooms smelled amazing, really had a good night sleep. The problem was only upstairs bathroom, it shower head need to be fixed asap. This property doesn't provide washing machine as laundry service is very affordable in Yogyakarta and easy to find. Will recommend this place to everyone visiting Yogyakarta.

The stay was good. We enjoyed cooking and feel like home. 2 cats kimi and komo entertained us. Sri, the housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Excellent traditional Javanese house and beautiful garden. We loved the plants and the surrounding.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay for my family. Walkable to the night local food bazaar on weekends. Sasti was a great host! Highly recommended!

Thank you rown homestay for giving the best when there.. at the beginning we were hesitant when we saw the reviews there were animals and the house was not clean .. when we came to the house was not clean.. when we came the house was clean there were no animals .. the position of the house was in a residential area in the middle of the city close to tugu and downtown .. I would recommend and come back when in jogja .. thank you for providing the best memories when we were in jogja
