The stay at Wietske was above expectations: an extremely cozy house with plenty of space. The garden was a relief: lots of greenery, trees and shade: everything we needed. A hot tub is not our thing, but for those who like it: it is there. All in all: highly recommended.

A charming spot to enjoy nature and truly disconnect. The owner was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We were two couples, and while the place felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! We had the best friends weekend. The house and garden are beautiful and has everything you need. There were also games at the house. Pasja always responded really quick and helped, when we had a question. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Tonny's place is great! We had a great weekend with a nice spa day. The house is comfortably furnished and the self-built spa house is a dream built with a lot of love. We will be happy to come back! 😊

We really enjoyed a wonderful stay. Perfect for groups with (young) children. Beautiful wooded area where you can walk and visit Hunebedden. Even with rain, there is plenty to do in the house due to the multitude of games, the pool and table tennis table. We'd love to come again!

We had a wonderful time in this idyllically located house! It was super clean, very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. A very special highlight for us was the opportunity to use the motorboat provided – this made our stay unforgettable. Absolutely recommend, we'll be happy to come back!

We were with 8 women over the weekend in Henk's house and felt completely comfortable, as it is cozily furnished and very spacious. There were also several seating areas behind the house. Since we had 30 degrees, we did not use the beautiful sauna. The house is very quiet, a bit remote, which we liked.

Only one night, but full of impressions. Rysum welcomed us with its quiet beauty, and the "Alte Bäckerei" was a very special place to arrive and feel good. Furnished with a lot of love and a lot of taste, the listed house radiates a warm, honest atmosphere - you can feel its history. And for me as a person trained in the craft, I particularly liked the artistic master's certificate of the former resident, when I compare it with my dry journeyman's certificate (but also almost 100 years later). Thank you for this little break in a great place and a great village.

Lydia is a fantastic host. She greeted us personally and gave us helpful tips. Fresh croissants were ready to welcome us.😍 The room is idyllic and quiet, right next to a historic mill, only 10 minutes by bike, which are provided on site, from the city center. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Overall, a very nice stay. We would come back.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful garden, beautiful rural area. Very good, various and abundant breakfast. The mattress was really comfortable. Annie and her husband are extremely gentle and helping but still respecting the privacy of the guests.

It was a wonderful place, nice terraces, sun/shade, especially the terrace on the forest wall with great views, silence, you could hear the birds, deer came by in the evening. We didn't spend much time inside. Beautiful cycling routes in the area. The contact with Henk was very pleasant, personal.. A very nice place!!!

What a peaceful, relaxing place! Very private, spacious and super clean. The hosts were very responsive. And the saunas are fantastic!! Easy 5 min bike ride into the beautiful town and to the supermarket. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had a nice stay! The children especially enjoyed the playground. The house was well equipped and even with 30 degrees it was good inside in terms of temperature. With the heat, it is also very nice to take a dip in the pool.

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

I would happily recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Even just walking onto the property we found it to be stunning! So beautiful and artistic inside and out. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and made a beautiful meal that we ate together at the table. So gezellig!

Boshuisje 'Boszicht' certainly did not steal its name. Beautiful and quiet location in a mature forest with spruce, pine, deciduous trees and birch. Really unwind, breathe in the fullness of nature. The TV that was present was once again unnecessary! We set our alarm clock to wake us up at 5 a.m. to watch the sunrise. A little later, they spotted squirrels frolicking on the terrace, jumping from branch to branch. In short, plenty of enjoyment! Our 4 days there felt like 2 weeks! We will definitely come back, to further discover the rural environment and to catch a concert in the fantastic Bostheater in Ommen. Finally, one small downside: the refrigerator lacks a freezer.
