Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gangbuk-gu

The place was lovely and incredibly relaxing. The room was beautifully decorated, blending traditional charm with modern touches. The host was also kind enough to help me find a great restaurant.

Ein sehr gemütliches,helles und modernes Hanok mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral in U-Bahn Nähe und dem Bus vor der Tür. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und super sauber. Angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen guten Restaurants,Tempeln und mehreren Wanderwegen. Man gelangt schnell mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu den Palästen ,Insadong,… oder geht zu Fuß über den Naksan Park zum DDP. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben immer gleich geantwortet. Probleme zB. mit dem Wasser hatte ich nicht,es lief warm und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wow Hosu’s home and hospitality is absolutely amazing. He was ready to help us with everything and very accommodating. His home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also very central making Ubers extremely affordable. Thank you for everything

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans le logement et il répondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions: l’emplacement est super, à seulement 10 min à pieds de la station de métro, des restaurants, juste à côté d’un parc et d’un petit village calme. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, le logement est très propre et bien équipé, la terrasse rooftop est également très appréciable par beau temps. Logement recommandé à 1000%

지금까지 이용해본 에어비앤비 숙소 중에 가장 만족했던 숙소였습니다! 우선 주차도 편리했고 숙소 주변으로 걸어서 가기 충분힘 맛집들이 많아 좋았습니다 무엇보다 거실이 넓고 쾌적해서 티비를 보며 음식을 먹을때 너무 행복한 시간 보냈던 것 같습니다 다음에 기회가 또 된다면 다시 방문 하고 싶습니다!

Bydlení u pana Soona bylo příjemné. Hostitel je velmi vřelý a aktivně komunikoval. Ubytování je situováno v blízkosti metra č. 1 a dalších autobusových spojů. V blízkosti se nachází úžasné místní restaurace / kavárny či stánky s potravinami. Z okna je nádherný výhled na hlavní křižovatku. Fotky odpovídají realitě. Jedná se o poklidnou čtvrť, ze které je možné v dojezdové vzdálenosti cca 35 min se dostat kamkoliv. Pobyt jsme si velice užili! Vřele doporučujeme! Děkujeme! ✨

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was really clean and tidy and there were lots of additional extras available like , chargers and sewing kits and umbrellas. This makes your stay in Korea that little bit easier. The apartment is only 5 mins from Changdong Subway station allowing smooth access to central Seoul, plus there is an EMart across the road. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The apartment was clean and tidy and fresh. I highly recommend this for a reasonably priced accommodation in outer Seoul.

amazing place, it was so lovely to sleep in an actually comfortable bed in Seoul (which unfortunately is not a given 😔)! the room was stylish and beautiful, had everything we could possibly need - I'm sure we'll come back next time we're in the city!

Great place to stay. It was very clean with lots of amenities which made it comfortable to stay. Very convenient location because there is the subway line, two large markets and many good food options close by. As a foreigner, it was easy to access and move around in that area. Highly recommend for those who are visiting Korea!

I had a great stay for a few months! The space was very small, but having 2 separate bedrooms was ideal. Everything you need is inside. The place is modern and very convenient. In the cold icy winter, the place was perfectly cozy and warm. The landlord was so kind and helpful. Also, the area is a bit outside of the main city. However, for me, this was a perk! I loved walking around and discovering beautiful spaces. It is surrounded by mountains and quaint streams, and many small houses, away from the main street. It felt like you are outside of Seoul, yet Gangnam and Seoul Station are both an easy 1 hour metro ride away. I found amazing Italian, authentic Thai, and delicious handmade tofu restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. A CU is in the building (and a cafe, that has AMAZING egg tarts!) and small grocery store next door. The landlord went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Host also sent me a picture of the building entrance along with the directions from the station—really appreciate that! The room is close to Nowon Station, so it’s super convenient for travelers. It stays nice and warm even during Seoul’s cold winter.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

The apartment is small but it was never a problem for me! It literally has everything you need from uno cards, umbrellas, slippers and way more things you wouldn’t expect a AirBnB to have! It’s a 10 min walk to dangsan station which has line 2 which connects you to hongdae in 10 mins and myeondong in 20 mins. Line 9 also can connect you to the gangnam area! When I come back to Seoul , I hope to stay here again! :))
