Very nice and modern renovated apartment, equipped with every comfort as described, located in a strategic position to visit Modena on foot, a few steps from the center. In the neighborhood, there are all the necessary services, and in front of the house, there is a very convenient supermarket with a large free parking area. Electronic access is quite intuitive. I had an incredible time staying here, spending time with Enrico and his friends and family. It was beautiful to share different ingredients while cooking, to eat together, play games and have conversations with a lot of great people. It didn't feel forced and just went natural. It was great to explore the local area by bike and there is always some very useful advice to help you. The building is stunning with so much love and detail put into it, you will discover something new every single day. For me it was a unique, authentic and heart-warming experience and I will come back! Thank you!

We were extremely lucky to find Alice's place and book it. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you might need, beautifully decorated and pleasant to sit in or outside. Alice is a wonderful person and host. Very helpful, communicative and kind. Always available for whatever question we had. It is one of the best places I ever stayed in and I would come back to Emilia-Romagna just for it.

We were warmly hosted by Luisa and her family. The apartment located on the ground floor on the garden, at the back of the large house, is very quiet, extremely clean and tidy and the environment is secure, including the space to park our car. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the bathroom very comfortable. The bedroom is comfortable with a large dressing room. We were happy to return from our wonderful visits to the cities of the area to rest with peace of mind. The kindness of Luisa and her family has touched us a lot. We'll keep a great memory of it.
