Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer homes are rented right by the beach A view of the water and beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sqm, divided on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrance, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. Approximately 1.5 km to the icehouse, where you can also pick up morning bread and a small kiosk with a barbecue bar, which is open all summer and approx. 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. The house contains just what you need for a cozy and relaxing holiday. Everything is ready, beds made with freshly laundered fresh linens, clean towels. Various games and books are available on loan in the living room and under the sofa's chaise longue, which is lifted at the end of the “mattress”. The house has an attached annex, with bedroom no. 2.

Fantastic beachouse

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
