A 30-year-old Finnish cabin in a quiet villa. It is located in a villa area.Speaking of which, it has a private feel. BBQ, outdoor fire. BBQ grills are rented for a fee We are operating while renovating the premises.There are also places under construction, but the facility is made to be comfortable. In addition, there is a heating fee in winter. There is a 10-minute walk to the lake with bicycles for rent. Our guest homes are a finland style loghouse built 30 years ago. We are located in a quiet and relaxing area with lots of wildlife including wild birds, deer and squirrels, bear, badger. We are always open as we update our guest homes. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.

It was beautiful with a sauna, and I enjoyed the large garden. The living room was also spacious, and we were able to spend private time together, so I was very satisfied. There are supermarkets and Seria about 20 minutes away by car, where you can buy various items such as sake, wine, local beer, snacks, and bento boxes.There is also a Lawson a 1-minute walk away Yamanakako has a full cycling course, and there is a bicycle rental shop 3 minutes away by car, so I enjoyed cycling. The temperature was around 10 degrees in late May, and it was a little cold during the rainy season, but after cycling, it was great to warm up in the sauna and bath. Unfortunately, the nearby hot spring facility was under construction and was closed for a few weeks. However, mysa's bath was spacious and the view was great. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Had a comfortable and nice time at Matrix’s place. The setting was cosy, clean and comfortable (though heating in living area could be improved). Matrix was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot because the house is fully equipped. Very well stocked kitchen equipment (even has sake glasses), great entertainment system (projector screen with Netflix/youtube). Probably one of the best stays on this trip!

It feels like a villa in a very unique cabin.It is a quiet environment, but access from the center of Lake Yamanaka is very good.The owner is also friendly and has a good taste in furnishings.There is a large terrace, and there is also a bonfire space besides the barbecue space.There are also villas nearby, but they are well blindfolded and private.I was worried about insects because of the forest around, but there were almost no large insects.

Amazing area to stay in. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lodges are very well set up. The host was very kind and responsive with suggestions of where to eat and shop nearby as well as information for the buses and transport to our next destination. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They collected us at the bus stop, explained how everything worked for the fire pit, BBQ and Sauna as well as providing a lift to the bus stop as we were leaving. Can’t recommend staying here enough.
