Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fritzlar

The place is exquisite. It's beautifully arranged furnishings give a warm and welcoming impression. I sense a woman's hand was in the design and decor. Alex and Patricia were really helpful providing maps and directions around the city. This was extremely useful in getting us to the cobbled streets of the old town. At first the issue of parking for me was confusing, but Alex explained everything. Great place to stay and great value for money. 👍

We stayed three nights in the accommodation and found everything exactly as described. Kassel's central location was the optimal option for us and easily accessible from all regions. Herfried and Henriette were super friendly and welcomed us and were available for questions. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people, there was a great kicker and space to play board games! Thanks for the great time!

The apartment is very neat and clean. The amenities are good. Everything works perfectly and is easy to use. I was a guest for 3 nights and attended a sculptor workshop in Kelze. The corresponding studio can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. I really enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I'd love to come back when I attend my next workshop.

The location, the facility and the equipment are simply a dream! The fast accessibility and easy communication with David was great, there is nothing to complain about. Thank you for everything! :)

For three nights I stayed at the property - I was in the city palace in Kassel for a conference. The apartment itself is in the basement of a residential building, the "neighboring door" leads to the laundry room of the house. But as soon as I got into the apartment, it was very nice and loving. Coffee, a full and design furnished kitchen, even a few sweets and a small false water to welcome you. Very nice. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and always slept well. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city palace, which was always a nice walk through nice parts of the city in the weather. In case of rain, it may not be so conveniently located if you have to go to other parts of the city every day. Marius always responded very quickly to my questions. All in all a very good experience.

Very nice, absolutely child-friendly house with great opportunities for activities - indoor and outdoor. My daughter, 2 years old, had a lot of fun. The apartment was nice and large, top equipped kitchen, new, clean bathroom. And here, too, every wish regarding children's equipment was implemented. Thank you! Communication with the host went smoothly, in advance there was some nice and helpful information that contributed to the anticipation of the stay. There is not much in the village itself, the accommodation is quiet, idyllically located. You definitely need a car if you want to look at something or would like fresh bread rolls in the morning (9 minutes by car). For example, we loved the wildlife park (4 minutes by car). A trip to Homberg is also very nice (13 minutes by car). All in all: if you are looking for peace and quiet and at the same time want to offer the children a great accommodation with many play opportunities, you are in the right place! Thank you!

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Communication with Andrea and Jürgen was warm and uncomplicated. The accommodation is a dream - very clean, practical and tastefully furnished. From the accommodation, all of our desired destinations were easy to reach. In the small outdoor area directly in front of the apartment, we could spend the warm evening and have breakfast in the morning. Andrea and Jürgen's dogs are well behaved, come by out of curiosity from time to time, but are in no way intrusive. We have spent wonderful days and will certainly come back when we have the opportunity.

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Very nice accommodation, the train station is 5 minutes' walk away. Right next door is a beverage store, which is open until 8 pm. From the accommodation, it is possible to take an art hike. The Ratskeller, a great restaurant, is within walking distance. The perfect accommodation for a nice family weekend!

Very friendly and nicely designed. Yes, the entrance, the stairs and the first impression seem a bit spoiled/not completely renovated. But everything is super clean, the house is beautifully located with a very great terrace in the garden and the garden is also available. It has everything from firewood to the grill. We were only there for one night, but we would definitely have felt comfortable with a longer stay! Recommended!

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball court and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The equipment is more than extensive and we missed nothing. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful setting. She is very clean and we didn't miss anything for such a stay. Shopping facilities can be reached quickly by car and the opportunities for the children are sufficient. The Spielberg has been the reason for our stay, this is great and if the weather thinks it is necessary, you have swimming pools right nearby.

Petra is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really lovingly furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Three people can get along well here, if the narrow bathroom does not bother you. Earplugs could help, because the apartment is a bit noisy.
