The wooden house is centrally located on a well-kept 1,400 sqm property in the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the climatic spa town of Albersdorf (6 km). The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, fish and horseback riding. The property was last extensively renovated in the fall of 2025. In case of rain, the covered terrace with outdoor fireplace offers the opportunity to eat and relax together. The living space is about 56 square meters.

In the garden, on the terrace, you can enjoy the silence. The semi-detached house has about 66 square meters, 2 bedrooms, a shower room, as well as a small guest toilet. The open living, dining and cooking area invite you to socialize.

A renovated holiday home for four people awaits you. Plus a baby travel bed on request. In front of the house of the dyke and behind the house meadows as well as many sheep offer you pure peace and relaxation. Children are very welcome. There is a climbing frame with swing and trampoline available for the kids. On the terrace you can soak up the sun or light the barbecue. Since September 2025, we have also had an outdoor sauna, which is heated with wood.

In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
