Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Freyung-Grafenau

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

We had a wonderful weekend in this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, cozy and lovingly furnished - perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastically quiet and ideal for a break from everyday life. Particularly noteworthy are the friendly and helpful hosts, who were always available. Even when the heating failed briefly, help was immediately provided - the service was really great. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back! 😊👍

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

We had a great short break in a very nice accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with love. The wellness area was a dream. The whirlpool was pure relaxation. In the sauna, you could really let your soul relax. The outdoor pool is a nice way to cool off on hot days. Thank you Sandra, we had a great break. 🙋🏻‍♀️

We had a wonderful stay! We were incredibly kindly received by Anna and since we were there during the Christmas season, we even found a warm Nikolaus. The house is just perfect - so richly decorated - we didn't lack anything. In the kitchen there was everything we made to cook, super cozy beds and at the spa area we did not get out of wonder. We could easily use the hot tub in December, despite the snow it was nice and warm. The house is beautifully secluded, you have your peace and quiet and can perfectly switch off from the stressful everyday work. If you are in the mood for a forest walk, you only need to take 3 meters out the door and is already in the middle of the action - really fantastic. We thank the hosts for this perfect stay and will be happy to come back! ☺️

The cottage is very nicely furnished, in a small village where it is incredibly quiet. Gas grill, kitchens equipped with induction, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, just great. The hot tub and bathrooms are clean. Wood ready by the hot tub. The heater could use a shade from the road, but there's so little traffic that it didn't matter so much. Overall, we were happy, everything was in perfect order.

It was a good location. It was close to the downtown. We did not find a wine opener. We enjoyed the stay there.

Wonderful little place near the Inn river in Passau. Jakob was very friendly and helpful my entire stay, and tried to make my visit comfortable and easy. I highly recommend!

Price/performance absolutely great. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with cutlery. If you want to use the coffee maker -> you have to bring filters yourself. The sleeping area cannot be darkened if that disturbs someone. We got up with the sun anyway. The location is perfect for bike rides and hikes right from the house.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. We were so happy with everything. The place is beautiful, clean, cozy and mega big. The area is super quiet, you can relax there very well. We had everything you could need in a place. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.

We were at the Lipno Club for a weekend! The apartment is super clean, well furnished and the location is absolutely top! You can walk to the lake in max. one minute. Together with the whirlpool, it's really, really nice! Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend in a large group at the cabin. There was nothing missing, Franz was super accessible before as well as during this time, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

All wonderful as described. (Interior) architecturally very high quality designed, attention to detail (without being overloaded). Mini notes (it should be emphasized again: in total everything very good [!], for the sake of completeness in terms of value for money, but at least mentioned): The outdoor spa area is quite open from all sides (no problem for us, but some may be uncomfortable). The hot tub must be heated up with wood. Technically easy to implement, but depending on outside temperature and previous water temperature, it takes an extremely long time (>2h) without being able to reach the required water temperature (so you can also withstand at least half an hour without freezing); furthermore, the air pump of the bubble function is so loud that you can only talk very loudly... Sleeping area under Dachfirst -> certain physical mobility of the tenants required! :-) Thanks for hosting!!

A very nice and cozy cottage – we felt comfortable from the first moment and settled in right away. The check-in was very quick and easy. On the day of departure, we also briefly met the landlords. In the brief encounter, they seemed very friendly and interested. We particularly liked that they actively asked us for suggestions for improvement. We can absolutely recommend the cottage!

The wooden house is in a very nice environment. ideal place for couples and families. Quiet, private, with everything you need. The sauna and jacuzzi are the highlight! For resting and relaxing is perfect. Landlord is communicative and nice. Reply quickly. We will be happy to come back!😊

We were in a larger group of friends over the weekend in the Dreisesselhaislhüttn and were completely happy :) The photos and descriptions correspond to the cabin, the food ordered at the party service as well as the bread service tasted great and were there on time, the beds were very cozy and are also suitable for larger groups and the HotPot was our highlight to relax :) Clear recommendation!

An absolute insider tip for anyone who appreciates peace and nature! We spent three days in the Tiny House in an apple orchard in the Czech Republic - and it was simply fantastic. As soon as you arrive, you can feel the complete tranquillity: no houses in sight, just green meadows, cows in the pasture and a direct view of nature through the large windows. The Tiny House was super clean and perfectly equipped - everything had been thought of: slippers, rain poncho, wellies, fire bowl with firewood and even skewers for sausages or marshmallows. We were particularly pleased with the bottle of Secco, fresh eggs and yogurt in the fridge - such a lovely gesture! Contact with the host was always quick, friendly and helpful. We would love to come back - a real little break from everyday life!
