Appartamentino situato nel vecchio quartiere ebraico in un tipico edificio definito "A pignata di cuscusu" perché ricorda l'insieme di utensili che si usa(va)no per preparare il couscous nostrano. L'appartamentino è composto da ingresso-disimpegno con zona cottura, mini soggiorno provvisto di divano letto (matrimoniale francese) , camera da letto e bagno con doccia. L'appartamento ,completamente ristrutturato, si trova al quarto piano servito di ascensore . La casa si affaccia sulle antiche Mura di Tramontana , direttamente sul mare e gode di una vista meravigliosa su ,Erice e Trapani. La sua posizione permette di essere nel centro pulsante della città e al contempo avere la sensazione di essere da soli, grazie al silenzio della casa ,disturbato, solo dalla risacca del mare.
