Villa holiday rentals in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

We were given a very warm welcome upon check in with thorough instructions on how to best utilise the accomodation plus nearby dining options. A pristine home inside and out. The outdoor area is as beautiful as it is peaceful. Having a proper outdoor kitchen, BBQ and ample eating area was a major bonus that we utilised almost every night. Being less than 10 minutes to free and paid beaches (Marina di Noto & Marina di Avola.) Noto centre is 10 minutes away. Towns like Modica & Marzamemi are only 25 minutes drive away were handy for day trips. Major super markets were easily accessible. We had a great time and look forward to returning again. Giuseppina & Sebastiano are excellent hosts!

The villa was very well presented, spacious and well equipped. It is in a peaceful, private countryside situation. The beds are comfortable with crisp white bedding and very clean bathrooms. The grounds are excellent being well laid out and maintained! The swimming pool is set slightly away from the main house and is all one depth which was excellent for our mixed age family group. The swimming pool has its own pool house with coffee machine, fridge, shower and toilet facilities. Electric gates provide added security!

Meget imødekommende og fleksibel vært. Sendte henvisninger til seværdigheder, restauranter og indkøb forud for ankomst. Der var friskbagt kage, kaffe, vand i køleskabet og brød i fryseren til fri afbenyttelse. Skøn terrasse både foran og bagved huset og det bedste - 2 udendørs brusere. 5 min gang til stranden med sandbund og skønt vand. Dog var der ret beskidt med grene, plast og andet skrammel. Der var dog rengøring af strand arealer i gang flere steder så måske vil det også komme her.

Villetta anni '70 parzialmente rinnovata, con giardino curato, a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Siracusa e dalle spiagge. Cucina ben attrezzata.Accesso al mare con scogli a due passi da casa.Situazione ottimale per rilassarsi nel verde e per visitare le molte bellezze che la zona offre. Proprietari gentili. Automobile obbligatoria. Consigliabile per chi ama vivere a contatto con la natura.

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

Antonio and his family were very pleasant, best welcome pack of any property ever allowed us to make lunch and breakfast the next day. The house, garden and pool are very relaxing and very much off grid which we appreciated after a hectic weekend in Catania

Our stay at Simona's Sicilian farmhouse was simply perfect. The beautiful house and its serene setting offered ultimate comfort and everything we needed for a truly relaxing break. I adored cooking in the traditional kitchen, unwinding on the balconies with stunning sunsets, lounging by the pool, and strolling through the orange groves. Time seemed to slow down, providing the much-needed escape we craved. Simona was an exceptional host – the most helpful and personable we've encountered, always there when we needed her. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I wholeheartedly recommend this charming farmhouse for anyone seeking a genuine, tranquil base to explore authentic Sicily.

Die Villa Ziguli ist wunderschön! Alles ist perfekt dekoriert, wunderschön gestaltet und wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir waren in Noto, Ragusa, Modica und Scicli, tolle Städte. Es war herrlich, danach am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer zu entspannen und die Outdoorküche fürs Barbeque zu nutzen. Wir würden gern noch einmal dorthin reisen!

Our stay at this villa in Sicily was nothing short of exceptional. With 14 of us, we were at full capacity, yet the space never felt cramped. There were 2 to each bedroom where we could retreat to, and the communal areas—especially the indoor dining area and expansive outdoor space—were ideal for relaxing and gathering as a group. The villa offered the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. It felt like an authentic Sicilian experience, without sacrificing any of the amenities we needed. The views were breath-taking, the facilities top-notch, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered. What truly elevated our stay, though, were the hosts, Alessandra and Toni. I usually prefer a more hands-off approach, but they struck the perfect balance—always available, attentive, and incredibly supportive, without ever being intrusive. Their warmth and care added a personal touch that made all the difference. We truly struck gold with this villa & it’s amazing hosts.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

Vi var 7 personer och det var gott om plats. Det fanns bra köks tillbehör, bra internet, fin pool ( lite kallt men det var ju i april). Giprgio gav oss utmärkt service och goda rekommendationer. En av oss tappade en plomb och Giorgio ordnade så att vi fick träffa en tandläkare inom två timmar, perfekt och helt gratis.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

We were a family group extending over three generations. The flat had access without stairs which was very convenient. It was a short walk into town, which had more restaurants than we expected, we ended up eating there most nights actually. One night a local chef cooked for us, which was amazing. Salvatore was always quick at responding, flexible and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace is where we spent most of our time, so comfortable. we also did drives to towns and villages for different activities. We had a lovely time.

Christina’s property was exactly what we were hoping for in a holiday rental. A beautiful beach within walking distance, and all other conveniences within 15-20 min drive and it was fairly easy to get to Noto for dinners, etc within 30 minutes. The house was very comfortable and spacious for my wife, myself and our two children with each of us having our own large bedroom and bathroom for ourselves. The managing agent was always very responsive and resolved any issues quickly (for instance our washing machine had a problem and they arrived with a new machine the day after we mentioned it). The locale and its surroundings are beautiful, especially the sea and landscape views from the roof deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf Sizilien! Die Außenanlage ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies – eine grüne Oase mit viel Platz zum Entspannen, Spielen und natürlich dem tollen Pool, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, und auch wir Erwachsenen konnten herrlich abschalten. Das Haus selbst ist gut geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern – alles war sauber und funktional. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, aber da wir meist auswärts essen waren (was auf Sizilien sowieso ein Genuss ist!), hat uns das nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!

Pictures cannot really reflect how beautiful this place is! The amazing view from the large terrace shows all the beauty of the rich Sicilian landscape: the sunrise from the sea, Etna with its clouds and always present smoke trace, the cow bells as the only sound you hear …. The house and the garden are made with love and are a perfect place to stay! Many places to visit are within a short drive - great location that allows you full privacy as well as many sight-seeing possibilities. What makes you feel at home from the first moment - are the very welcoming and kind hosts, Grazia and Antonio. They thought of everything when preparing the house for us. They are always available for answering questions and help. Great suggestions for places to see and to eat. Thank you for everything Grazia and Antonio!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa van Mark. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen en kregen we een indrukwekkende rondleiding langs zijn paardenbedrijf. Mark is zichtbaar gepassioneerd en zorgt fantastisch voor zijn paarden. Het was bijzonder om een kijkje te krijgen in de training en verzorging van de dieren. Vlakbij het huisje heeft Mark ook geiten en onze zoon van 1 jaar vond het fantastisch om hier naartoe te gaan. De villa was schoon, comfortabel en compleet uitgerust – inclusief een fijn zwembad en voldoende koffie 😀! Mark was flexibel met in- en uitchecken en dacht fijn met ons mee. Super als je met een kleintje reist! Deze accomodatie is een aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, natuur en een vleugje paardenliefde!

Das schönste Airbnb, das ich bisher hatte! Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben zu fünft - 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder - eine fantastische Zeit genossen! Vielen Dank, Giuseppe, für den herzlichen Empfang! Das Haus und sämtliche Außenbereiche sind traumhaft schön, mit Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit hervorragender Sauberkeit und einem spektakulären Blick von der Terrasse aus. Für Kinder gibt es neben dem Pool viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, das mochten wir sehr: Popup-Fußballtor mit Fußball, Basketballkorb mit Basketball, Schaukel, kleines Baumhaus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😍

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Martina dans les environs de Syracuse. Nous étions un groupe de 17 personnes, et c'était idéal avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, une cuisine professionnelle (idéale pour faire venir un chef à domicile), ainsi qu'un espace piscine immense ! L'emplacement est très calme, au milieu de champs et de vaches. Martina a été très flexible pour notre départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la maison toute la journée du dimanche. Sony nous a aidé pendant tout le weekend, ce qui était très sympathique. Il faut quand même savoir que la maison se trouve à 25 mins de la ville, il faut donc prévoir des moyens de transport si vous souhaitez visiter la ville de syracuse, ou sortir diner (la maison est assez isolée).

This is a very beautiful villa in a lovely location. Marion was really helpful on arrival and getting the pool sorted after the thunderstorm. Kitchen compact but well equipped. Noto is stunning and was lively during the flower festival. Lots of beautiful venues around and the food and wine of the area is delicious. Recommend the roof top bar for the venue at Il Giardino in Noto for views but recommend RitroVino for great cocktails and value. When driving out of the villa do not turn right. The road is not really a road at all more like an off road challenge. The trip to Ragusa was well worth it. Thanks Laury and thanks again Marion.

Wie halten als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Schön gelegen für Ausflüge und im Zweifel ist Noto, als wunderschönes kleines Städtchen direkt um die Ecke. Man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben, um die Unterkunft genießen zu können.
